Strata Corporation VIS 1983 Proxy Appointment (Form A) RE: Strata Lot (Please put in your strata lot #) of Strata Plan 1983. (Check one box only for each resolution.) Proxy for Specific Resolutions 1 through and including 7, as below. I/We,, the owner(s)/mortgagee of the strata lot described above, appoint (Name of appointee) to act as my/our proxy with respect to the following resolutions at the Annual General Meeting to be held March 1, 2017. Administrative Resolutions 1 Accept the Budget Proposed for fiscal year 2017, included in the AGM mail-out package. 2 Proceed with an unaudited yearly financial statements. 3. To not proceed with a depreciation report.

Capital Project Resolutions 4. Proceed with capital project to repaint the interior common area and the fixtures for up to $35,000. (see attached Resolution)

Bylaw Resolutions 6. Bicycle Restriction Bylaw A Resident or visitor, as the case may be, shall not: (m) leave, store or permit to be left or stored at any time: (i) (ii) On the common property: bicycles. Tricycles, children toys or Play-things, or any other items likely to cause an unreasonable obstruction, restriction or hindrance to owners, their visitors, licensees, invitees or workers, excluding designated common property bicycle parking areas or storage areas: and, On a limited common property patio, balcony or deck: bicycles, tricycles, children s toys or play-things or any other item visible from the exterior of the strata lot, excluding a barbeque, a reasonable number of potted plants and deck furniture which are permitted. 7. Smoking Prohibition Bylaw o Yes o No 1. Historical Bylaw 32(1)(j) shall be amended to add the following Smoking Prohibition Bylaw: 32(1)(j) Smoking Prohibition Bylaw (1) An owner, tenant, occupant or visitor is prohibited from smoking in the following areas of the Strata Corporation: (a) in a strata lot; (b) on a patio, deck or balcony; (c) within three (3) metres of an exterior door, window or air intake; and, (d) on the interior common property, including but not limited to, foyers, hallways, elevators, stairs, electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, parking garages, storage locker areas, other common rooms, and other interior common areas. (2) Smoking for the purposes of this bylaw, means releasing into the air gases, particles, or vapors as a result of combustion, electrical ignition or vaporization, when the apparent or usual purpose of the combustion, electrical ignition or vaporization is human inhalation of the by-products, except when the combusting or vaporizing material contains no tobacco or nicotine and the purpose of inhalation is solely olfactory, such as, for example, smoke from incense. The term

Smoking includes, but is not limited to, tobacco smoking, smoking using electronic vapors, marijuana smoking, crack cocaine smoking and other similar substances. (3) Subject to the Human Rights Code, all persons, including but not limited to owners, tenants, occupants and visitors (collectively, Residents or individually a Resident ) must comply with this bylaw. (4) An owner is responsible to ensure that his or her occupants, tenants, visitors and invitees comply with this bylaw. (5) A Resident residing in a strata lot in the Strata Corporation at the time this bylaw is adopted and who continues to reside there after this bylaw is passed will be grandfathered from the smoking prohibition bylaw while he or she resides in the strata lot, provided he or she advises the Strata Corporation in writing within thirty (30) days from the adoption date of this bylaw that he or she is a smoker. For greater certainty, a grandfathered Resident must comply with existing Historical Registered Bylaw 32(1)(j) which prohibits a person from smoking on the interior common property or in common areas. o Yes o No Unmarked or ambiguous proxies will be considered as a yes vote for the Chair. The proxy holder is instructed to act in the proxy holder's discretion on any other matters at the meeting or any adjournment thereof. Only original proxies or copies of originals with verified owner(s) signatures will be accepted.
