Passionate about furthering her education, she completed a Doctorate in Health Administration with an emphasis in Global Health Policy. To increase her clinical expertise she completed certifications as a Certified Postural Neurologist, Certified Posture Expert, Certified Posture Exercise Professional, and is Board Eligible in Functional Chiropractic Neurology. Dr. Krista is a published author and researcher in the field of health and wellness. She is the author of the evidence-based textbook, the Principles of Posture. Dr. Krista is also the creator of the Certified Postural Neurologist and Certified Posture Expert Programs. These are intensive online certifications educating healthcare professionals of the neurology of the posture system, brain-based postural correction strategies, and how to become the Go-To Posture Expert.
