The Facts Event Information The American Cancer Society sixth annual Seattle Hope Gala will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2014, at Fremont Studios in Seattle. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m. with wine and hors d oeuvres, a silent auction, a live auction, and musical entertainment from American Idol finalist, Danelle Hayes. Guests will enjoy a tasting menu featuring cuisine from eight of Seattle s premier chefs, each paired with wine sourced from local wineries. Event Guests The Seattle Hope Gala is an up-and-coming premier event in the Puget Sound Region. 300 of Seattle s most influential philanthropists, business professionals, and community leaders are expected to attend. Seattle Hope Gala Auction Donor Benefits Donors of the sixth annual Seattle Hope Gala are dedicated to helping the American Cancer Society finish the fight against cancer. Contributing an auction item is a unique opportunity for an organization or individual to help save lives and create more birthdays. Recognition Benefits Silent auction donations will be recognized on tabletop signage and in the mobile bidding program, which will include a description of the item and the donor s name. Live auction donations will be recognized on-screen and from the podium during the live auction program. Additional Information Final designation and placement into auction categories and packages will be determined by Hope Gala staff.
