Regulatory Information United States : US EPA Regulation on Pesticides: This chemical is a pesticide product. This product has not been registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Mantis Plant Protection, LLC represents that this product qualifies for exemption from registration under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) section 25(b) regulations. However, it is subject to certain labeling requirements under federal pesticide law. These requirements differ from the classification criteria and hazard information required for safety data sheets (SDS), and for workplace labels of non-pesticide chemicals. The hazard information required on the pesticide label is reproduced below. The pesticide label also includes other important information, including directions for use. FIFRA Labeling: CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN Harmful if swallowed. Avoid breathing spray mist. May cause irritation of nose, throat and/or skin. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wear protective eye wear and waterproof gloves when applying this product.
