PHYSICAL ACTIVITY 30 Workouts 15: 4 Times thirty (30) 20-minute or more workouts. Workouts may consist of weight training, cardio, stretching, swimming, biking, etc.. Classes 15: 4 Times a 4-6 weeks fitness/exercise class. Classes include Yoga, Spinning/Cycling, Aerobics, Martial Arts, etc. Distance Event 15: 10 Times a distance event equal to or greater than 3.2 miles/5k. *Qualified registration required for events Digital Step Tracking (APP or Device) 1: 100 Times Meet step tracker goal of 8,000 steps with your digital tracking device.
