Military uniform required only for those making a presentation or may be required to work at a booth in the exhibit hall. The first thing you want to do after getting checked in to the hotel is head over to the American Bank Center located at 1901 N Shoreline Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX to pick up your registration packet. Registration hours are Thursday (12 Mar 15) 1200-1700, Friday (13 Mar 15) 0800-1700, and Saturday (14 Mar 15) 0700-1500. Your registration packet contains important documents and information about conference events. It also contains your name badge & meal tickets that you will when attending events.

4 VISIT OUR EXHIBITORS Another important part of our conference is our military trade show. Please take the time to visit our Corporate Sponsors and vendors. They all have something to offer everyone. In your packet there will be a Passport Card you will want to get it stamped by each vendor and turn in at the NGAT STORE. On Sat afternoon they draw for a 50 flat screen TV, and other great prizes in the exhibit hall. Your entry is your card stamped by all the vendors. Just another great reason to visit our exhibitors. 6 NGAT Breakfast/Business Session NGAT Members join us for breakfast. Find out what your Association is doing for you and what you can do for your Association. This is why you came to the conference, so check out your association business. SATURDAY EVENING EVENTS Uniform is Dress Blues, Semi Formal, Mess Dress, and formal wear for civilians and spouses 1800-1900 hrs No host Reception at the Omni Hotel Foyer - Check for your table number on the chart at registration or when you get to the dinner. 1900-2100 hrs Awards Dinner. At this dinner NGAT individual awards are presented for scholarships, achievements and heroism. After the Awards dinner, you may change into Casual Civilian clothing again this is a personal preference. Some like to stay in their uniform and visit the hospitality rooms. 2100-until hrs Hospitality Room. Room numbers are listed in your packet. You will want to visit them all. Page 6
7 JUST A FEW NOTES You must wear the nametag in your packet at all times except during the awards dinner. It is for security reasons that we wear the nametags. Please take a moment during the conference to say thank you to our exhibitors and sponsors. Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. If you have changed your mind and would like to add a meal package or optional event to your registration, please do this immediately. Meals may not be available for purchase on site. 10 HOSPITALITY SUITES All hospitality rooms will be listed on a sheet in your packet. These hospitality rooms host just that FUN, FUN, FUN. Free drinks (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic), free food, music, you name it. A chance to get together and talk and have fun. You re going to want to visit them all. The NGAT Social Lounge will operate during the same hours as the hospitality suites. Visit and mingle with friends in a more conversation friendly environment.
