Brad explained the Sam s Club situation, emphasizing that the relocation date is unknown. Brad has the paperwork for signing, and the application permit is $25. About 170 spaces are available for our use, most on the right side with a few on the left. Our biggest challenge is informing participants of the date of change/new location. Vern mentioned that changing locations half way through the cruise dates would enable us to inform people in advance. Denise Orey suggested informing people in advance via a handout flyer with exact date and new location. Bud added that as soon as we receive the permit, we can decide when to more to Forks. At our next meeting we will make a decision on the actual move date.
