CellpH Love Alkalizing Your Way to Health Have you ever wondered just what the secret is to longevity? You read all kinds of stories about people who live to be 100 years old and even more and often, we are in awe that they have had a diet of fat or lard based cooking, or have eaten the same things for years on end with no variation in their diets, or hadn t left their chair in years, smoked like chimney s, or consumed alcohol to the point of pickling? We shake our heads and ask, How can this be?? I thought I needed to eat right and get plenty of exercise and limit my alcohol intake?? Then, you hear about a friend or the spouse of so and so who ate and drank all of the right things, exercised religiously, perhaps was even fanatical about their health and suddenly died of a heart attack with no family history of the disease? Or came down with cancer or some other debilitating disease? Now you really shake your head and say, It just doesn t make much sense does it? Is there a possibility that your health is actually dependent on much more than just what you eat, drink, breathe or do? Could it be that there is another missing link that hasn t yet been identified? You could even wonder; why is it that two identical twins can do the very same things, conduct their lives in such similar ways and yet one becomes ill and the other doesn t? Well, what often seems to be evident as these stories unravel, is the lack of true happiness and positive attitude that differs between them, with the healthy being healthy on every level. In fact, what it really boils down to is how a person, any person actually sees themselves in this world! In facat, take a moment and tune into how you feel. Do you believe yourself to be loveable, unlovable, deserving, undeserving, or enough or not 1

enough? The significance here is that each of these emotional states and the beliefs they create also determine the thoughts and actions that are subsequent to each of them individually. You may be wondering what this has to do with anything, or with you. After all, you re happy aren t you? And you love yourself don t you? Well, here s the link in a nut shell The person who does all of the right things out of fear of dying is actually hemorrhaging energy, and does not have the energy to fund their happiness because it is consumed with this fear. The stress of always fighting to survive, is an everyday part of their diet, always trying to stay ahead of the game. Given the dietary needs of this energy, they are living inauthentically, always trying to mask their unhappiness and feeding their lies instead of their truth, which of course adds even more stress. It also then impacts your ability to manifest change and a life filled with the things you actually want! Living a life of lies and masquerade can have the single most devastating effect on life. This is no joke.and creates a life of torment as this person tries to please others, feign happiness and fight for survival all the while dismissing the pleas of their Spirit to allow it to lead them to health and happiness. On the other hand the person who lives life more authentically and is engaged in being present in life, actually generates energy, and of course will then have the excess energy it needs to fund the creation of what it wants, needs and desires as well as its sustainability. This is such an important concept to understand. When you are living to please others, and far from your authentic being, you sabotage everything you really want, but also, everything you deserve to have and experience in your life. More than just an absence of disease, health is indicative of balance of your body and mind, that is piloted by your Spirit. Does that surprise you? Are you asking why your Spirit? Because your Spirit is governed by the underlying force the life force energy from which all of creation is born. CellpH Love (Self Love ) is the link to igniting that energy force and involves the creating of your inner and outer alkalinity for the purpose of creating health. As you ve seen in the past videos and interviews that I ve done, the ph scale that I ve created for thoughts and emotions is here as a working tool for you. When we talk about health, we are actually talking about being in alignment with what is required for proactively creating and maintaining health utilizing the missing link that has affected your well-being in the past. This occurs when you move from acidic feelings, perspectives, beliefs, thoughts and actions and move into the conscious creation of your life based on understanding the alkalizing effects of those that are in alignment with what you really want to experience and allow them to change your thoughts and actions. As you probably already know, you are body, mind and Spirit and there is no distinction between those seemingly three separate parts. The truth is, you couldn t separate them 2

even if you tried, and so in creating health, it s actually those three areas in your lives; particularly the area of the Spirit, that needs to be addressed in order to help you to create that health that you re looking to experience. One of the first things that you need to recognize is how stress is affecting your life. The reason I bring that up is that stress is acidic. How do we know this? Well, there are truckloads of information that have been written on stress, and what do they do? They all evidence that acid is increased in your body from the effects of stress. This increase in the acid that is created in your stomach is well known, as it causes stomach ulcers, digestive issues to name a few, and often needs to be treated medicinally in some way. Stress also increases the acid that circulates in your body and actually affects it systemically. It also increases the chance of illness and disease being created because of that excess acid that s circulating and then decreases your ability to protect yourself by diminishing your immune system. In addition, it also decreases your ability to circulate the proper amount of oxygen that your cells need to function properly which translates into low energy to fuel anything properly! Sounds questionable? When you are stressed, notice how you are breathing it will be shallow, perhaps even gulping to try to get more and you will have difficulty taking a deep breath. That s why some people find themselves hyperventilating when triggered into a very stressful situation and need to try and bring in the amount of oxygen they need to recover. So one of the things that is so important that you do in being proactive in creating your life is to begin to recognize how stress is having its way with you. Unfortunately, our society and many others, are so accustomed to living with high degrees of stress that most people have become desensitized to it, not only not recognizing these symptoms, but have also learned to actually dismiss them when they do rise up. What are the signs and the symptoms for you? You know there are some pretty prevalent in each and every one of us, maybe you get that knot in your stomach or maybe you ll get a headache that you just can t shake or the tension in your shoulders or your neck. Those are simple to recognize. But how many times do you stop and say Okay, what s creating this and how can I alleviate it? This is where CellpH Love comes in. It s when you begin to make different choices, recognizing that your body is constantly giving you signs and signals that something is amiss, and rather than dismissing it, shelving it until later, or ignoring it, you instead, give it what it needs. Do you know that the moment that you stop and you begin to ask that question, you are beginning to love yourself in a whole new and different way? Because rather than ignoring this mechanism that has been created to help support you and your health and your wellbeing, you actually are listening to it and you re responding to it. And the most loving gesture is that you begin to give it what it needs. 3

So let s say for instance you are experiencing that heaviness in your shoulders, the tension your neck, maybe even grabbing the back of your head. Stop right then and there and rather than just popping some Tylenol or an Advil, do something that s nurturing and nourishing for yourself. Maybe a massage, maybe just going outside and being in nature for a moment, maybe even as simple as closing your eyes remembering a time when you were having just the most wonderful time and you feel joy and contentment, when you re feeling safe and secure. Take this opportunity to really give thought about what does soothe and comfort you, and I want you to start right now and make a list so that the moment that these things do show themselves to you, that you ll know exactly what to do, which direction to go in to give yourself what your body, your mind and your Spirit are asking of you. Your Spirit is your best friend..it knows exactly what you need because all it wants to do is to love you and to see you happy and healthy and whole. Making that list is the most important thing you can do for your health right now. It will become an instructional manual for you when stress starts to overtake you. It will empower you to bring yourself back into alignment with your body, mind and Spirit so that you can generate rather than lose energy and you will be able to sustain that state of health for years to come. The information that you collect during this journey, will help you to fill in the calibrations on the ph scale that I have provided for you below. Put the evidence of your fear on the left side of the scale. ( envy, jealousy, competition, self-doubt, physical ailments, etc ) List the healing aspects of love on the right side of the scale ( compassion, tenderness, generosity, empathy ) and those things that you have discovered on your own that soothe and comfort you. Use it to create all you want and need to make your life happy, healthy and whole, as you alkalize your way to health once and for all! Acid Alkaline 0 7.4 14 Fear? Love Utilize this method with every ache and pain and you will soon find alkalizing your way to health becomes a way of life..an automatic response to the stressors in your life, and you will then begin to live life as you were meant to; empowered as a co-creator of your health, your happiness and your wholeness! 4
