Intake In order to support a smooth transition into school, using ABA strategies as per PPM 140 in conjunction with the Developmental Model Approach, our team provides an intake for the student and family. We gather the information from this process and bring it back to the school in order to help the school team prepare for your child s transition to school. 6

ASD Ministry Pilot Projects Dedicated Space Improve school-based supports for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders Ministry of Education Dedicated Space for external ABA providers to provide ABA services in a natural environment. Any child who attends First Avenue, has a diagnosis of ASD and is receiving ABA service is eligible to participate in the pilot regardless of funding options. 17
