SARATOGA, CA-Montalvo Arts Center will offer an intriguing variety of musical genres for its Carriage House Theatre Performing Arts Series for fall/winter 2010-2011. Tickets go on sale to Montalvo members only May 7 to May 14 and to the general public on May 17. All performances take place in the intimate 300-seat Carriage House Theatre at the Saratoga arts center, except for January's "An Evening with LANG LANG," which will be held at the California Theatre in downtown San Jose. PIANO MASTERS SERIES Quincy Jones Presents: Alfredo Rodriguez Sunday, November 14, 2010; 7:30pm Classically trained, the young Cuban piano sensation is a jazz fusion artist with influences ranging from Bach, Beethoven, and Stravinsky to Thelonious Monk, Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock, and Quincy Jones.
