13 Chaplain Program & Citizen Academy Purpose: To provide emotional and spiritual support to those that have been affected by an incident. Situations happen that challenge individuals, families and communities that require care and support. Responses include: death notifications, suicide, severe accidents, at-risk youth interventions, civil disturbance, and more. The next Chaplaincy Program training date is to-be-determined. The next citizen academy programs will start June 20 th, 2016 & August 25 th, 2016.
