Section 1 How To Build Your Own TRX T save time on this one, I went ahead and supplied a link to the BEST video I ve found in regard to building your own TRX / Jungle Gym Suspension Trainer. I would make my own video on this, but why try to make a video when there s already one that s pretty damn good! See below: >>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=es5gn9k7bzw Here s what you ll need: 1) 2-8 ft long loading straps (make sure these are STRONG enough to hold your weight 2) Inch Diameter x 5 inch Long PVC Pipe (for handles) 3) Basic Rope 4) 2-4 Carbineers

Section 2 - How to Make Your Own Thick Bar Dumbbells These things are nasty! Nothing I like more than a nasty set of dumbbells. When it comes to thick bar training, there s a ton of different benefits you ll receive from training with thick bars. Some benefits include: -increase in grip strength -increase in overall general strength -increased mental toughness -increase in overall badassness The reason you get can achieve these when training with a thicker bar is rather simple. A thicker bar is tougher to hold on to. You work your grip a ton more than you do with a regular sized bar. The thickness of the bar makes movements such as snatches, rows, carries, and even presses a ton more difficult. Now imagine getting stronger in these movements while working with a thicker bar. Now imagine going back to regular bar. It will feel like cheating! All of your movements will improve. Pull ups, rows, deadlifts, and even your presses will increase. Trust me.

Now, I don t want to get all crazy talking about how thick bar training will help improve your results, Just believe me when I say IT WORKS. Let s go ahead and get into how to build these bad boys so you can start benefiting from thick bar training as well! STEP 1 Gather Supplies Here s what you ll need: (4) 1.5 inch galvanized steel pipe cut into 18 in. lengths (4) pipe clamps (4) pony clamps athletic tape olympic / stadard weight plates (5 25 lbs work the best) STEP 2 Put your thick bar dumbbells together

A) Mark off your 18 in pipe in sections of 6 inches. This is so you know where to place the pipe clamps. B) Place your pipe clamps 6 inches away from the ends. This will leave you with 6 inches for your hand to fit in between the weights. C) Secure and fasten the pipe clamps. D) Tape over the pipe clamps E) Throw on some weights F) Secure weights with pony clamps NOW GET BUSY! As you can see, there s not much to it. It ll cost you maybe $30 to make these badboys. Now you ll just be upgrading you workouts a bit

Section 3 How to Make Your Own Ab Wheels Here s the steps: 1) Go to your local hardware store and buy the three following items: -lawn mower wheels -extra long bolts -duct tape Now when you get all the supplies, basically piece your rollout handles together 1) Put the Lawn Mower Wheels into the long bolts. 2) Tape up the inside space between the wheels on the bolts. 3) Fasten the end with more duct tape so the nut doesn t spin off over time. BOOM! You have your very own home wheel roll out handles! Now you can do all sorts of movements with these bad boys!

Section 4 How To Make Your Own Medicine Balls Here s The Steps 1) Get The Following Items: -Play sand -Old Basketball -Funnel -Gorilla Tape 2) Next you want to cut a VERY SMALL hole into the basketball It s only necessary to cut the hole large enough for the funnel tip to fit in. 3) After you cut the hole, fill the basketball up with sand DON T fill it totally full, leave a little bit of play. 4) After the basketball has been filled, start taping the whole ball up nice and tight! You can NEVER have too much tape! Once filled and tapes, you re ready to get to work with you very own home made medicine ball!
