1 nd International Conference on Coputer Engineering, Inforation Science & Application Technology (ICCIA 17) Perforance Measureent Paraeter Selection of PHM Syste for Arored Vehicles Based on Entropy Weight Ideal Point Yuanhong Liu School of Equipent Engineering, Ared Police Force Engineering University, Xi'an, 71 China Keywords: Arored Vehicle; PHM Perforance Measureent; Entropy Weight; Ideal Point; Evaluation Index Abstract. A perforance easureent paraeter selection ethod of PHM (Prognostics and Health Manageent) syste for arored vehicle based on entropy weight ideal point is proposed, aiing at the proble that there are too any perforance easureent paraeters of aror vehicle PHM syste and lack of theoretical guidance to the selection of these paraeters. a easureent paraeter set of PHM syste, according to the relationship aong arored vehicle safety coprehensive plan, training use, aintenance, equipent anageent requireents and PHM syste perforance easureent paraeters. Then, the arored vehicle PHM syste requireents are used to working as evaluation indexes of PHM perforance easureent paraeters, and an objective attribute atrix is constructed, based on which the entropy weight of the evaluation index is calculated, and then the ideal points of optial ebership atrix is calculated. Then, the close degrees between evaluation paraeters and ideal points are calculated, and the perforance easureent paraeter sequence is obtained according to the value of close degrees. The results of the exaple shows the order of perforance easureent paraeters can be obtained effectively through the index superiority atrix without expert weight, which provides basis for perforance easureent paraeter selection of PHM syste. 1. Introduction With the rapid developent of inforation technology and autoation technology, technical integration and coplexity of arored vehicles are getting higher and higher. The proble of online aintenance and security in the process of warfare and training, such as difficult and incoplete state inforation collection, inefficient troubleshooting and rapid increase, is becoing ore and ore serious. How to ensure the overall equipent perforance has becoe a hot research topic. Prognostic and health anageent technology coes into being, and continues to grow and develop. PHM syste has been in the field of defense and industrial applications, and shows its huge potential for developent and application prospects [1]. In the developent and prootion process of PHM technology and syste, equipent deand side has two ain functions []: the first is to eet the needs of tactical technical indicators to provide developent direction for industrial sector, and the second is to verify and confir the perforance of PHM syste to ensure that products eet the design requireents. Therefore, to develop PHM technology and PHM syste, the first proble to be solved is how to evaluate PHM syste perforance scientifically. The perforance easureent syste of PHM is shown in Figure 1 [-5], ainly divided into test easureents, fault diagnosis easureents, fault prediction easureents, calculation easureents and cost efficiency easureents. For different application objects, the PHM syste perforance easureent paraeters are also different [6-1]. In practical PHM perforance of arored vehicle, easureent paraeters are of any types, and it is ipractical to adopt all of the. So the perforance easureent paraeters of PHM syste ust be optiized to deterine a set of appropriate, scientific paraeters. Copyright 17, the Authors. Published by Atlantis Press. 2 Figure 1. Perforance easureent paraeters of PHM syste This paper presents a selection ethod of arored vehicle PHM syste perforance easureents based on entropy weight ideal point. Cobining tactical and technical indicators of ilitary users with PHM ipleentation technology, this paper puts forward a set of perforance easureent paraeters suitable for arored vehicle PHM syste, which provides theoretical support to deonstration, effective evaluation and verification of arored vehicle PHM syste.... Evaluation Index of PHM Syste Perforance Measureent in Arored Vehicles For a given arored vehicle, there are generally ore coprehensive requireents of protection, troop training and use, aintenance plan and equipent group anageent. Arored Vehicle Support Integrated Progra Users are responsible for planning and ipleenting the necessary resources for acquisition, transfer, and aintenance to aintain equipent operation. The needs of the integrated progra users are ainly reflected in reducing repair recovery tie, reducing aintenance support equipent and personnel, reducing workload, reducing periodic inspections and reducing inventory of spare parts. The corresponding PHM technology is ainly for the diagnosis, prediction, the corresponding PHM perforance indicators include testability easureent, fault diagnosis, fault prediction etrics. The goal of training user is to provide process safety inforation, to reduce future operation and instruction uncertainty. The deand is ainly reflected in the iniu false alar rate, and the corresponding PHM syste perforance indicators include false alar rate and so on. The botto line of aintenance user is to iniize repair duplication, the sae as re-service equipent as soon as possible. The goal of aintenance users is ainly reflected in the rapid fault location and isolation, including reduction of non-reproducible and retentive faults, accurate fault location, axiu fault coverage, reduced failure, reduced PHM syste aintenance tie and so on. The corresponding PHM syste perforance etrics include fault detection rate, fault isolation rate, fault diagnosis etrics, fault prediction etrics and so on. Arored vehicle group anageent user is defined as a decision-aking anager for influencing life extension, operating costs and future planning. The group anageent axiizes equipent availability and ission success while iniizing cost and resource usage, including extending service hours, reducing unplanned aintenance and operating costs. The corresponding PHM syste perforance etrics include fault prediction etrics, life cycle costs, and so on. Therefore, according to the above requireents, the relationship between arored vehicle PHM syste perforance indicators and use requireents is shown in Table 1. In the perforance easureent paraeter selection of arored vehicle PHM syste, the arored vehicle coprehensive support plan, the force training and use, aintenance and equipent group anageent user needs are used as evaluation indexes by the entropy right ideal point ethod. 65

Evaluation Model of Entropy Right Ideal Point Supposing there are n test paraeters to be evaluated, each paraeter is described by evaluation indicators, the index eigenvalue atrix of n test paraeters is X ( xij ) n (i 1,,,, j 1,, n), which can be noralized to obtain a relative superior Mebership atrix R ( rij ) n. For the larger xij, the better the paraeters of evaluation index, the calculation of relative superiority is as follows. rij xij in( xij ) (1) ax( xij ) in( xij ) For the saller xij, the better the paraeters of evaluation index, the calculation ethod of relative erit is as follows. ax( xij ) xij rij ax( xij ) in( xij ) () In the forula (), ax( xij ) and in( xij ) are axiu value and iniu value of the index xij for different paraeters under the sae indicators. According to the concept of traditional entropy, the entropy of the index can be defined as follows. Hi f ij ln fij ln n, f ij rij n rij () For rij, the ln f ij akes no sense. In order to ake sense, not contrary to the eaning of 66

4 entropy, the aendent is ade as follows. 1 rij f ij n (1 rij ) (4) Therefore, the entropy weight XSi of the i-th evaluation index is defined as follows. XSi 1 Hi (1 H j ) (5) After considering the entropy weight, the attribute atrix P is as follows: p11 p1n XS1r11 XS1r1n P p1 pn XS r1 XS rn (6) For ideal point P ( P1, P,, P ), where P is the axiu value of each row, that is, the optial value, the proxiity of the evaluated paraeter to the ideal point is as follows. Tj 1 p P i 1 ij i P i 1 *, j (1,,, n) (7) * i In the forula(7), T j [,1], the saller the degree of close T j, the better the rated paraeters. According to the calculated value T j, the pros and cons. order of the paraeters can be obtained in accordance with the order fro sall to large to evaluate the paraeters. 4. Exaple Fro the above analysis, the evaluation atrix X of the PHM perforance indexes of arored vehicles is coposed of 15 evaluation indexes and 18 paraeters to be evaluated. The eleent value xij in the atrix is evaluated using the fuzzy nubers 1 to 9. The higher xij, the higher the correlation, between the evaluation index and the evaluated paraeters, the greater the correlation between the PHM technical requireents of the arored vehicle and the PHM perforance paraeters. If the evaluation index is not related to the evaluation paraeters, the xij is, and the PHM perforance easureent paraeters evaluation atrix is shown in table. When the xij is larger, that is, the higher the technical requireents of the arored vehicle PHM, the higher the corresponding requireents of the evaluation paraeters. The relative superiority atrix is obtained by choosing the benefit-based noralization ethod to noralize the evaluation table. The process of calculating relative erit function is based on each fuzzy value. When the paraeter is not related to other indexes, the corresponding relative erit is the deterinistic value, that is, irrelevant. 67

6 5. Conclusion (1) A ethod of selecting the perforance paraeters of arored vehicle PHM syste based on ideal point of entropy is proposed, and a scientific, reasonable and strealined PHM syste perforance paraeter set is selected. () In the absence of expert weight, the entropy weight ideal point ethod deterines the index weight according to the evaluation index characteristic value of PHM syste perforance paraeter, which reduces the ethod of obtaining evaluation index by expert scoring or reconstructing judgent atrix Weighting process, and the three-tier ulti-objective evaluation odel is siplified to a twolevel target evaluation odel.
