4 The RSR: Ryan White Program Services Report RSR has three components 1. Grantee Report 2. Provider Report 3. Client Report (Client Level Data) Grantees complete the grantee report; providers complete the provider report; and the grantees and/or provider complete the client level report 4
5 Client Report (Client-Level Data) Purpose of client level report Provides a record for each client receiving a Ryan White Program funded service Elements Each record will include up to 64 data elements, including: Encrypted Unique Client Identifier (euci) Demographics Ryan White Funded Services received Clinical Information 5
