Measuring Political Commitment describes ways to measure political commitment using both comprehensive and individual indicators. Module 3. The AIDS Impact Model (AIM) Approach discusses the approach with a step-by-step description of an AIM application. Module 4. Building Political Commitment at Subnational Levels discusses approaches that can be used to develop political commitment at the district level. Module 5. Building Political Commitment through Broadening Participation in the Policy Process describes different approaches for enhancing the participation of all sectors in policy dialogue, planning, and evaluation.
