2 Analysis: Fetuin glycans were released from Fetuin Glycoprotein (Cat# GCP-FET-U) using PNGaseF. Following release the glycans were labeled using -Aminobenzamide (-AB) using the LudgerTag -AB Glycan Labeling Kit (Cat# LT-KAB-A). Whole Pool GU-.79 GU-.7 GU-. GU- GU- GU-. GU-. GU-. Figure shows a LudgerepN HPLC profile of bovine fetuin N-glycans. To thoroughly investigate the N- glycans we first separate them based on charge on a LudgerepC column (Figure ) and then run each fraction on a LudgerepN column. From these studies, combined with exoglycosidase investigation we identified the glycans shown in Table. A combination of LudgerepC/N and exoglycosidase digestion is required to identify the glycans and their relative abundance, as shown in Table.
