12 Agreements examples of interesting aspects Interlibrary loans: FinElibElsevier agreement : print and deliver journal articles from the Subscribed Products (including via ) to fulfill requests as part of the practice commonly known as interlibrary loan from non-commercial libraries located within the same country as the Institutions; the receiving library is permitted to provide the journal article to the user in electronic format Interlibrary loans principles discussed nowadays in many agreements

13 Evaluation of the Elsevier agreement so far OA workflow development Getting familiar with OA publishing OA articles with a smaller per article fee The discount is available for all authors publishing in these journals Amount of OA articles grows Researcher needs to find 50% of the fee Informing the researchers APC invoicing process requires work from libraries Growth of OA is slow and discount model increases total costs - > not a transformative agreement
