Trading terms and conditions Payment terms Thirty (30) days from date of statement. Interest on overdue accounts is charged at the maximum permissible rate. Billing cycles are customer specific and statements are released on a 28 day cycle. Orders AstraZeneca products may be purchased by fax or telephone using the PHD call centre or electronically using the internet. If ordering through PHD, orders can be placed from 7-7 on weekdays, from 8-2 on Saturdays and 8-11 on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery Orders placed with PHD prior to 18h00 hours will be delivered in major metropolitan centres on a next business day basis. In respect of all other areas, deliveries take an extra day. With the exception of emergency orders there are no deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries are made by our warehousing and distribution agents - PHD. A proof of delivery (POD) is signed and stamped by an authorised person. In the case of a query, a copy of the POD is available through PHD on-line Backorder policy Out of stock products can be placed on backorder and PHD will deliver the product as soon as stock becomes available. Up-to-date information on backorders, out of stocks and order status can be obtained through PHD on-line. Returns policy Goods are supplied on a non-returnable basis. Exceptions will be considered in the case of quality issues, breakages in transit or order processing errors made by our distributor, PHD. Returns will not be accepted unless made within 48 hours of delivery. The process includes obtaining a claim reference number from PHD's customer care , quoting the reference number and reasons code on the returns document. A copy of the relevant invoice must be supplied. PHD will instruct SOS Express to collect the goods to be returned. Roundtripping There shall be no roundtripping as defined in our trading terms and conditions. AstraZeneca reserves the right not to supply any purchaser who engages in roundtripping.
