1 Before the Challenge Provide Mannatech Australasia with photos of yourself when commencing the program, including both front profile and side profile photos. These will need to be sent with your TruYOU 90 Day Transformation Challenge entry submission (download here: You will also need to include one photo of yourself holding a current newspaper showing the headline, but not blocking the view of your body. You can provide these by completing the following form: This will allow us to calculate an overall percentage of fat loss. Provide Mannatech Australasia with a written testimonial outlining your results following the TruYOU 90 Day Transformation Challenge by 31 st May Qualification Period: 27 th February th May Winners will be announced on the 5 th June Prizes: There will be 1 st prize winners awarded for each male and female category and the winners will be selected based on the overall percentage loss across all of the measurements you provide from the start to finish of the TruYOU 90 Day Transformation Challenge. Winners will be announced by notification and a phone call from Mannatech Australia office on 5 th June 2017

3 In addition to the 1 st prizes, we will award a cash prize at the end of 30 days and 60 days to a male and female. This will also be selected based on the overall percentage loss across all measurements you provide from the start to finish of the TruYOU 90 Day Transformation Challenge. These winners will be announced on the last working day of the month There will also be up to six smaller prize draws awarded throughout the challenge each month, to people who share their stories, progress and have great interim results to celebrate and promote on social media. The winners will be notified by notification on the last working day of the month until the 31 st May st Prize winners for male and female categories will receive the following award: $2000 Travel Voucher or $2000 cash 60 Day Prize winners for male and female categories will receive the following award: $250 cash 30 Day Prize winners for male and female categories will receive the following award: $150 cash Monthly winners will receive the following award: Mannatech product credit to the value of $100 Rules Entry: All Challengers (defined below) who meet the Eligibility Requirements (defined below) may enter this promotion ( Participants ). Photos: Ensure your selfies are great pictures by using the following tips: o Make sure your photos are clear, sharp and focused-not blurry, shaky or fuzzy. o Make sure the room is well-lit and colorful, not dim, dark or dull.

4 o Take your before and after picture in similar clothing, in the same place, the same light or time of day, and the same angles. o Submission: Submit your 2 photos and title the image with your name and dates of the photo and include your story to truhealthchallenge@mannatech.com.au Term: TruYOU 90 Day Transformation Challenge begins 27 th February 2017 and ends 27 th May Information on how to enter and prizes are included in these rules. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to the Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Rules. This is an achievement-based contest. Eligibility Requirements. This is open to Mannatech Associates and Members in Good Standing 1 who are: (a) at least 18 years of age as of 27 th February 2017; and (b) legal residents of Australia, New Zealand or Singapore. Officers, directors, and/or employees of Mannatech are ineligible for this promotion. This promotion is void outside of Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and where prohibited by law. Associates and members must have a unique valid address on file with Mannatech. Winner Selection and Notification. Mannatech is not responsible for any inability of the winners to accept or use any prize for any reason. Winners will be chosen based on their final fat loss percentage results which are calculated on the pre and post measurements provided to us by challengers. a. Forfeiture of Prize: If a potential winner: (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) does not respond to the notification or otherwise fails to claim the prize within ten (10) business days from the date Mannatech Australia first notifies him/her; (iii) the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (iv) refuses the prize; (v) failure of a potential winner to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity and liability release (collectively, the Release ) within ten (10) business days from the date of notification; and/or (vi ) any other non-compliance with these rules, then such potential winner forfeits all rights to receive the prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a 1 Only active and Qualified Associates and members (Associates who have a minimum of 100PV in each of the qualifying business periods) and in Good Standing during the qualification periods and when prizes are awarded are eligible to enter or receive a prize. An Associate in Good Standing is one who has renewed his or her position as required and is not the subject of a final Compliance Committee disposition (i.e., the appeal period has expired and/or a final compliance appeal disposition has occurred). See Associate Disciplinary Procedures in sections 6.12 and 6.13 of the Associate Policies and Procedures.

5 potential winner and determining that he/she has met all Eligibility Requirements, including without limitation the execution of the Release, such individual will be declared the winner of the respective prize. Signing of the Release is required and must be delivered at the time of acceptance or the prize will be forfeited. If the Associate chooses not to accept a prize, no cash will be awarded and the prize will be forfeited. b. Joint Position. If a joint Associate position is declared a winner, only one prize will be awarded. They will not each be entitled to the prize. Mannatech is not responsible for determining who, among the joint position, is awarded the prize. c. List of Winners Winners will be posted on Facebook on the 31 st May 2017 and on the Mannatech blog Non-transferable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be given away or sold to anyone else. Monthly prizes are not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are allowed except by Mannatech Australia, which may, at its discretion, substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value. Mannatech s Discretion. Mannatech, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any winner. Participants must meet all Eligibility Requirements. Mannatech s determinations and decisions, including without limitation those with regard to winners of this promotion and the respective prizes, are made at Mannatech s sole discretion and are final on all matters related to this promotion and prizes. Publicity. By entering, Participants consent to the use of their photographs, copyright, name and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes by Mannatech without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Liability. Mannatech shall not be responsible or liable for damages, losses or injury resulting from entering the program or from acceptance or use of any prize. Mannatech s aggregate liability in connection with this promotion shall in no event exceed the total cash value of the prize as estimated by these rules. By entering this promotion, Participants expressly agree to these rules and the decisions of Mannatech, Incorporated. Cancellation. Mannatech reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion or disqualify an Associate if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of this promotion, as determined by Mannatech at its sole discretion. Miscellaneous. Prior to the official notification of qualification to Participants, all information regarding standings by Associates and provided by Mannatech is unofficial and subject to change and verification by Mannatech. o Winners will not be finalized until the end of the promotion period. All determinations/decisions are solely at Mannatech s discretion. Entries
