1 The newest additions: Triplets born November 23, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego just moved into the house on December 5th, 2015 with Mom, Dad and three year old son Jilienson (all boys). They were found living in a hut with no windows and a tin roof. Ann named them after the youths from the Book of Daniel because their house was like a fiery furnace. Ann met Djovany Momperousse, age 11, in the hospital just after the earthquake. He was buried in the earthquake for four days and his aunt died on his arm, so the they had to amputate his left arm. He has been with us the entire 6 years since the earthquake on January Unfortunately Djovany lost several family members in that tragedy. We are now blessed to have him as part of our family!

2 Guerlande Delicate, age 7, has been here for 2 1/2 years. After submitting her blood and her parents' saliva to the Manton Center for Orphan Disease Research, she was diagnosed with Multicentric Carpotarsal Osteolysis. Please pray as various doctors research what can be done to help her with her bones and to gain weight. Wesley Delva, age 7, has been here since the earthquake when he was 18 months old. His dad broke his back and lost an arm. His parents have now split and don't even come here anymore. His parents felt as though they could no longer provide for him and asked Ann to take him home from the hospital. Wesley is a great athlete and enjoys basketball, soccer, and swimming. He is also an incredible caregiver and loves helping Guerlande. He ties her shoes, carries her things and even helps her brush her teeth. Gideon Joseph, age 12, has been here 6 1/2 years. He was born with a large mass on his leg and therefore had to have his leg amputated at 3 months old. Gideon suffers from ADHD, but does very well in school! He loves to watch movies, and enjoys swimming, legos and crafts.

3 Lery Florvilus, age 20, had severe rickets. He walked on all fours until he was 17 at which time he had surgery in Haiti. Dr Dror Paley performed 13 hours of limb reconstruction surgery to enable Levy to stand upright. He is the jokester of the group, who loves to make others laugh. Although his height will never change, he is now able to walk, run and jump pain free! Lery really enjoys soccer & music. Stanley Asseil, age 15, has been with Ann for 8 years. His parents are deceased and he has emotional problems. Stanley's parents passed away when he was very young, so he had a troubled childhood. He became part of our family at seven years of age, and his English is now incredible and he is a great student. His dance skills are on point and he loves music! Robertiny Felix, age 10, has been with Ann for 2 years. He is a kind and gentle soul with cerebral palsy and cannot speak. Robertiny helps around the orphanage as best he can, but he cannot speak and is hard of hearing, so there's no schooling for him here. He loves opening the gate and welcoming us with that handsome smile!

4 Alese St Louis, age 11, came from the poorest village 5 years ago. His father was just murdered 3 months ago. He is known to his God's Children Family as "Sofa Couch". When Ann first met Alese, she asked his name and she was told "Sofa-something" (per Ann) which she couldn't understand, so she just took it upon herself to add couch. Ann met Alese while visiting the very poor in the remote village of LaGrange. He was trying to help guide her to his uncle's house and welcomed her with a huge smile. Ann immediately knew that she wanted to take him home. His father agreed it was best for him and he has now been with us for over 5 years. He is a great student and a very well behaved young man. Evens Solomon, age 33, fell out of a tree 5 years ago. He is now a paraplegic and has been with us 3 1/2 years. When Ann met him, he was living in a hut in the mountains, unable to even sit up. Ann and her team drove him to a hospital in Port Au Prince, where he had surgery and he received rehabilitation for over three months. They provided him with a wheelchair and a hospital bed, and he was able to come home to us. He and his mother are such a blessing to our family!

5 Renel Thermolus, age 21, has been with Ann 7 years. He is a future mechanic. He was born with one leg quite a bit shorter than the other and his foot is where knee should be. He has a prosthetic leg that he wears to church and school, but goes without it when participating in sports. He really enjoys and shines in swimming and soccer! Renel is currently behind in schooling because of the poor village that he came from, but he is now doing really well in the 8th grade. Lorens Charles, age 10, has been with Ann for 3 years. Lorens is a charming young man with Cerebral Palsy. It is difficult for him to balance & walk. Although he is unable to speak, Lorens is learning to understand English quite well! As you can see he's a little camera shy, but he is very sweet! Rosette Philogen, age 14, has been here 7 years. She likes dominoes and swimming, but her favorite is the game UNO. Rosette is a great student and such a blessing in helping with the housework.

6 Guiberline Mildor, age 13, has been here 7 years. Her uncle told Ann that she was sponsored at a school nearby but had nowhere to live because her Mom lives so far away. There is no father involved. She loves to play Skip Bo and is a very good student. Guiberline wants to be a nurse so she gets to assist Ann on anything medical that needs to done. Eliphette Joseph, age 14, has been here 4 years. Ann came across him in the street, where he was on crutches after being involved in a motorcycle accident. Unfortunately he was left with a deformed ankle, so he came to live with Ann. He is a great student and a blessing to have around. Sawone Gabrius, age 14, has been here for 7 years. He joined the orphanage after both of his parents passed. All the way to the orphanage he kept saying how excited he was to get food everyday. That's how poor he really was. He was living with his sisters and his dad died when he was real young. He is a future chef! Sawone is such a blessing around the home. He is a great organizer and chef, and loves arts & crafts!

7 Roberto Joseph, age 11, has been coming here for help for two years, he lived in the neighborhood but mom moved away and they are very poor so Ann let him move in. Rose Carmen Souffrance, age 16, is learning disabled with cerebral palsy. She came to live with Ann six years ago and is crippled on one side. She has a HUGE heart and is a very hard worker! We are blessed to have her. Bidiory Celestin, age 11, came from the island of Loganave which is part of Haiti but even poorer. He never knew his father and at a very young age his Mom got him a passport praying and knowing someone would come along. He had severe club feet and walked on all fours the first 7 years of his life. He had surgery by Dr. Scott Nelson, a pediatric orthopedic surgeon, who comes to Haiti frequently at the Seventh Day Adventist Hospital. Bidiory will have one more surgery by Dr. Nelson next year to correct his hips so that he can walk even better. He

8 attends school, is learning disabled, and loves to play games on his kindle. He is a very shy sweet boy.
