The aim is to find if iv lidocaine dose effect nerve conduction under normal conditions. Non-surgical ablation of the thoracic sympathetic chain (T 1 T 3 ) and its management of upper extremity pain. This is a new technique used by the author now in the process of having outcome studies. The anterior approach for thoracic sympathetic ganglion ablation using radiofrequency lesion. Spirituality and chronic pain (effect and behavioral approaches and patient view of that effect). Outcome studies of spinal cord stimulation trials for failed back syndrome. 3
