3 Case History Client R Client R was on a motorcycle stopped at an intersection and was hit from behind. She did not see the accident coming. She was catapulted into the air. After the accident she felt a little immediate pain but more pain surfaced days later. She experienced cervical pain, pain down the arms, (especially on the left side) pain in the medial knee. Additional Symptoms Cold sensitivity, which was new for her. Felt as if her head was too heavy. Intermittent low back pain. Experienced bouts of cognitive impairment with symptoms. Although she had never had migraines, at certain times she found light and sound were too stimulating. She needed to be in a dark room. Whiplash Research 3
