1 NEWS BLAST PROGRAM CHANGES TO ACCOMMODATE INFLUENZA A (H1N1) VACCINE FOR SWINE FLU CLAIMS To accommodate the new Influenza A (H1N1) vaccine for Swine Flu, i.e., Administration (Adm) code and Immunization (Imm) code 90663, MEDTRON has made a program change to file charges using these CPTs on their own separate claim. The Medicare Adm code G9141 will continue to file with other charges on claim. NOTE: Medicare Imm code G9142 is not required on Medicare claims. Other Adm/Imm codes should be keyed and will continue to file on claim(s) per current protocol. Refer to User Guide: Vaccines & Administration and Medicare Part B Covered Preventive Services attached.
