4 * 13 march 2006, GOI was establish national committe of avian influenza control and influenza pandemic preparedness (presidential decree 7/2006) * 12 February 2007, President ROI instruct to coordinating minister fo people welfare, minister of health, minister of agriculture, ministry of finance, Indonesia National Force (TNI) and all Governor & Mayer to conduct avian influenza control : a. Governor and Mayer lead the multi sector avian influenza control and prevention; b. MOH and MOA, handle and control virus spread with involved Indonesia National Forces (TNI) and Indonesia Red Cross; c. TNI Commander perform besides war operation; d. Coordinating minister for peoples welfare (CMPW) as Chair to coordinate multi sector intervention,sharing information and risk communication.

Leadership, plan, strategy and standby resources is main variable to fight avian influenza and other emerging zoonoses; c. coordination, communication, information and public education is the main keys to success of avian influenza fight; d. Indonesia has greatest number case and also highest case fatality rate, due to late diagnosis (86,9%); e. Bird Flu was spreaded to 33 province (based on animal health report), but only 15 province that human case occure; f. 2 clade of H5N1 was found H5N1 clade and H5N1 lade
