Proposal for the Coronavirus measures Contents Introduction Point - Approach of prevent level by equipment About company Test Reports Certifications DND Electronics. Co. Ltd.
Introduction Since the Coronavirus has been discovered from the chickens for the first time in 1930, it has been discovered consistently from the dogs, pigs, birds, and human in It has a ssrna as the genetic material, and encrusted with skin. Its genome size is 26~32kb, and that is the large sized genome among the RNA virus. The Coronavirus enters a host, reduplicates its RNA, and makes necessary protein. In 2012, after the Coronavirus has been discovered in Saudi Arabia, It has intensively broken out in middle east area. This is similar to SARS(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), caused nearly 800 deaths, was spread all over the world from Asia in The incubation period is about one week, and it is transmitted through the medium of air by coughs and sneezes. Also the virus cause severe respiratory symptoms in common with SARS, like a high fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, etc. but, It features accompanying the acute kidney injury unlike SARS and according to the research, it has six times higher fatality rate than SARS. The Coronavirus shows a fatal aspect far more than SARS. So, the study about vaccine for the Coronavirus is ongoing, and it is expected to be developed by the end of the year. Therefore, taking the medicine called Echinaforce is the best way for the present, and the Echinaforce Protect Tab, which is the same medicine, is produced by HanWha Pharma Co., Ltd. in Korea. Also to prevent the virus, Disinfectant Generator, which can remove the various pathogenic bacteria, is used. It is the way to generate disinfectant water through electrolyzing a little amount of diluted salt and HOCl. The solution generated from the device has a strong and widespread sterilizing power, and these systems are being used to prevent from various infectious disease by sterilizing hands before and after eating at school, university, and government branch over 6,000.
Approach of prevent level by equipment [Equipment] Disinfectant Generator Through sterilizing hands which are the main route of various disease, the viral germs are removed by 99.9%. Especially, it is the most important that before and after eating, after using a toilet, and management of go in and out. It also be used effectively at the places where there are lots of children or many people are moving. Only sterilizing hands is possible to prevent about 90% of various infectious disease and 70% of food poisoning. Sort NaOCl HOCl Main ingredient Active chlorine concentration Sodium hypochlorite (100/200ppm) ph 7.0~7.5 Neutral electrolyzed water Hypochlorous acid (20~30ppm) ph 5.0~6.5 Weak acidic electrolyzed water Additive Salt ( 88%) Dilute hydrochloric acid (2~6%) Features of NaOCl / HOCl -A colorless and transparent liquid with a weak odor of chlorine like tap water. -Doesn t make any harm even if it enters your eyes or mouth, because it is a safe ingredient. -Minimizing the environmental pollution, because it resolves itself into external environment. -Maintenance cost is saved, because it doesn t need any chemical and soap, etc. -With a widespread disinfectant power, it is already recognized as a safe disinfecting water in the world. Principle: The NaOClean system ensures a reliable supply of electrolyzed disinfectant based highly active Sodium hypochlorite or Hypochlorite. Without affecting the ph level, just electric current passes through tap water mixed with a small amount of Salt (NaCl) or Hydrochloric acid (HCl) in an undivided electrolytic bath and the machine generates activated elements such as NaOCl, HOCl, OH(Hydroxyl radical), O(oxygen), etc.

Through hand washing before meals, it can prevent various microbism and manage safety in the food service facilities at school. It also solves the problem with using of existing chemicals. (It is possible to reduce budget as much as $4,700 compared with when using general chemical spray sterilizer.) Before After Bactericidal Spectrum of HOCl From General Bacteria to Virus, having the widespread sterilizing power. Until now, it has been appeared being effective to influenza, SARS, Norovirus, and others. But it is considered to be able to have an effect on the new virus.

TEST REPORTS Source: Graduate School of Health Sciences and Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, University of Tokyo Title Author Journal name Cleansing effectiveness of Electrolyzed Water Depending on the Nursing Procedure and Degree of Hand Contamination Yasuko Takahashi, Akemi Takeshita, Miyoko Endo, and Minako Sasaki Biocontrol Science Vol.7, 2002, No.3, page: Abstract Summary We examined the antibacterial effectiveness of hand washing with electrolyzed water (EW) depending on the type of nursing procedure and differences in the degree of bacterial contamination on hands after the procedure. With respect to the bacteria on the hands after diapering (relatively heavy contamination), changing positions (relatively light contamination), and endotracheal aspiration (light contamination), hand washing for 10s and 30s with EW lowered the hand bacterial counts after hand washing to the same level as or lower than that before the procedures. Washing with EW was as effective as washing with medicated liquid soap and 7.5% (w/v) povidone-iodine liquid. Based on these results, we considered that and washing for 10s with EW could be applied to any of the procedures that require direct contact with the patient's skin (diapering) or clothing (changing positions), as well as the procedures involving no direct contact with the patient (endotracheal aspiration). Furthermore, effective washing could be expected in a short period of time, with no rising of resident bacteria to the surface of the hand.
TEST REPORTS Source: Journal of the Japanese Food Microbiology Title Author Journal name Using electrolyzed water to sanitize hands Akemi Takeshita Journal of the Japanese Food Microbiology vol. 24, issued in 2007, No. 3, Page : Abstract Summary On investigation about the effect of hand washing using an electrolyzed water, by using an electrolyzed water with soap, it is possible to remove pollutants and It has developed that it can maintain a state of having little germs after hand washing. The virus is discharged in quantity during defecating from the inapparent infectors who are infected with the Noro virus but haven t had any symptoms. So, It is better to wash hands enough after using a public toilet. As disinfecting water which is expected effect of hand washing in a short time, it is useful before meals, once go in and out, and after using a toilet. The electrolyzed water has high safety, and also it is expected to have enough sterilizing effect.
