The process will take a few years to complete. ****Jean and Sue visited 3 Long-term care facilities in Florham 1. St. Ann s villa 2. Cheshire Home 3. Wynwood Met with the Directors and provided them with Outbreak Training this toolkit of information was created to educate and assist them in the event of an outbreak within their facility. *** All Long-term care facilities within our jurisdiction have been visited Child Health Conference CHC held 3/12/15 2 children seen 1 for physical exam/immunizations: 1 immunizations only

(done 2/25/15) Community Training Assisted a Pequannock Boy Scout to obtain a Medicine Merit Badge by allowing him to accompany the PHN to Riverdale Senior Center BP Screening. The nurses instructed him on how to take a BP, the significance of the values, and basic cardiovascular disease principals.
