2 5 Dental caries and sequelae a) Definition, classification, clinical evaluation of caries, diagnosis b) Advanced investigation of caries and pulp vitality. Sequelae of caries pulpitis, apical periodontitis, periapical abscess, periapical granuloma, periapical cyst, Osteomyelitis c) Radiographic assessment of dental caries, pulp and periapical diseases. 6 Oral sepsis and its effect on the general system Spread of infection, cellulitis, space infection, foci & focus of infection, intra cranial complications of general infection. 7 Diseases of periodontium Classification, gingivitis, periodontitis clinical and radiographic assessment, ANUG, Briefly on Gingival enlargements, pyogenic granuloma chronic desquamative gingivitis, Periodontium in systemic diseases.
