In full denture prosthetics, the vertical adaption is mainly performed basally. In digital full denture prosthetics, precision is particularly key to transferring the virtual patient situation to reality. In the Heraeus Kulzer digital sets Pala Mix&Match DS, the shapes of the Pala tooth lines Pala Premium 6, Pala Mondial 6 and 8 as well as the Pala Idealis 8 are held in specially manufactured frames. The appropriate teeth and the denture tooth blanks are stored as a dataset in the software Ceramill D-Flow (Amann Girrbach) and can be milled for each individual patient. The Pala Mix & Match principle also allows you to combine all of Heraeus Kulzer s Mix & Match Pala tooth lines Pala Idealis, Pala Premium and Pala Mondial in digital prosthetics, to achieve individual, professional results. The ability to combine these tooth lines with one another, allows you to respond flexibly to individual requirements so that you can provide your patients with even more accurate and age-appropriate dentures. Besides the basal fit, the correct occlusion is important. After setting up the teeth as accurately as possible in wax, the wax model must then be transferred as exactly as possible to denture acrylic. The usage of PalaXpress with the injection system Palajet is a proven combination to achieve an excellent basal fit and reduce the risk of any tooth movements during processing. Independent scientific research has shown basal accuracy and less tooth movement for PalaXpress compared to competitive systems.
