1 Robert B. Kerstein, DMD BIOGRAPHY Robert B. Kerstein received his DMD degree in 1983, and his Prosthodontic Certificate in 1985, both from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. From , he maintained an active appointment at Tufts as a clinical professor teaching fixed and removable Prosthodontics in the department of Restorative Dentistry. During those years Dr. Kerstein intensively studied computerized occlusal analysis where his research focused on the role that Occlusion and lengthy Disclusion Time plays in the etiology of Chronic Occluso-Muscle Disorder. Dr Kerstein s, now 31 years of research with the T- Scan I, II, III, 8 and 9, Computerized Occlusal Analysis System(s), has led to his becoming the leading author and clinician in the field of Computerized Occlusal analysis. His findings have been published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, Practical Periodontics and Aesthetic Dentistry, Compendium for Continuing Education, Journal of Craniomandibular Practice, Quintessence International, General Dentistry, and Contemporary Esthetics. Additionally, he has lectured nationally and internationally regarding Prosthetic Dentistry, Anterior Guidance, Computerized Occlusal Analysis, and Disclusion Time Reduction. Dr. Kerstein maintains a successful private practice that is limited to Prosthodontics, and Computerized Occlusal Analysis in Boston, Massachusetts. He has lectured nationally and internationally on: Prosthetic Dentistry Anterior Guidance Computerized Occlusal Management of Dental Implants Disclusion Time Reduction Therapy for TMD EDUCATION Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Division of Advanced Education Postgraduate program in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics Certificate in Prosthodontics awarded July, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine Degree program in general dentistry Degree awarded - D.M.D. May, Tufts University Major in Chemistry Degree awarded - Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), May, 1980 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Practice limited to Prosthodontics and Myofascial Pain 1
