4 NATIONAL ELIGIBLITY-CUM-ENTRANCE TEST (NEET) FOR ADMISSION TO POST GRADUATE DENTAL (MDS/PG DIPLOMA) COURSES INTRODUCTION In compliance to the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences will conduct a National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to Ministry of Health & FW/DCI recognized/approved/permitted seats of Dental Colleges for various postgraduate courses (MDS/PG Diploma). The entrance examination will be governed by the rules and regulations specified by the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi. SECTION - I 1. MDS COURSES (II) MDS COS (i). DURATION OF THE COURSE: 3 years (See foot-note below Appendix XI). (ii). ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (a) The candidate must be an Indian National / Person of Indian Origin / Overseas Citizen of India Card holders possessing BDS degree from a Dental College recognised by the Government of India under the Dentists Act, 1948 and who has obtained provisional or permanent registration from any of the State Dental Councils after passing the final BDS examination and has completed one year (12 months) Compulsory Rotating Internship in an approved/recognised Dental College shall be eligible. (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) The condition of one year Compulsory Rotating Internship is not applicable to those candidate who had passed their final BDS Examination on or before 1988 and hold a BDS Degree from a Dental College recognised by the Dental Council of India and have obtained provisional or permanent registration from any of the State Dental Councils. No condonation of Internship of 12 months period shall be accepted except (i) the students of the batch admitted during the academic session and have completed 4½ year BDS Course alongwith 06 months compulsory rotating internship and (ii) the students admitted during the academic session at Rajah Muthiah Dental College, Annamalai University those have completed 05 years BDS Course without internship. However, a candidate who, after passing the final qualifying examination (BDS or the foreign dental degree recognized by GOI/DCI), is undergoing 12- month compulsory rotating internship/practical training and is likely to complete the same by 31 ST March 2013 can take up this examination, but he/she shall not be eligible for admission unless he/she has completed the compulsory rotating internship and obtained provisional or permanent registration on or before 31 ST March 2013 or the candidate produces a certificate from the head of Institution that he/she will be completing internship by 31 ST March The dates indicated by candidates with regard to12 months Compulsory Rotating Internship i.e. starting date, completion date, shall be treated as final and candidates will be required to submit the original Compulsory Rotating Internship completion certificate at the time of counseling. The cut off dates for the recognition of the Dental Colleges, from where the candidates have passed their BDS Degree Course and completed compulsory rotatory Internship for the year 2013 will be 31 st Oct The Colleges recognized after this date will not considered. 4

5 (g) (h) (i) Registration with State Dental Councils is necessary and its documentary proof should be furnished at the time of counseling. Some of the Universities are having regulations that candidates who are already pursuing the PG Course in their University or in another University are not eligible for admission till they complete the course. The candidates who are already pursuing PG Courses either through All India Quota or State Quota and are applying for a seat under National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test may confirm the eligibility conditions of that University in this regard. Dte. Gen. Health Services shall not be responsible if such candidates are refused for admission. Such candidates may opt for the subject and the college at their own risk and cost. Eligibility for Institutions of Armed Forces Medical Services- (a) Admission to the institutions of the Armed Forces Medical Services is restricted only to serving Army Dental Corps Officers. These candidates shall tick the option Serving Armed Forces Dental Officers in the online form. (b) ONLY those serving Army Dental Corps Officers opting for the above shall be considered for admission to the under mentioned Armed Forces Medical Services institutions: (i) Armed Forces Medical College, Pune (Srl No. 93 of Appendix VI) (ii) Army Hospital (Research & Referral), Delhi Cantt (Srl No. 11 of Appendix VI) (c) Selection and final admissions to these institutions shall be made by the Armed Forces Medical Services based on applications by the eligible candidates to these institutions, as per Govt. of India Min. of Defence rules and regulations in conjunction with those applicable to the affiliated Universities. (d) There is no provision of reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC in the Armed Forces institutions conducting MDS courses. (iii). NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY-CUM-ENTRANCE TEST (a) The syllabus for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for admission to the MDS courses shall be that of BDS standard and shall cover all the subjects/syllabus taught during the BDS course as prescribed in the DCI Revised BDS Course Regulations, 2007 as amended from time to time. There will be only one paper of 3 hours duration (10.00 A.M. to P.M.) containing 200 MCQs consisting of Basic Sciences, Para-Clinical and Clinical subjects. (b) The questions will be single answer objective type. Each answer with correct answer shall be awarded four marks. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Zero mark will be given for the questions not answered. More than one answer indicated against a question will be deemed as incorrect answer and will be negatively marked. (iv). This Scheme shall be applicable to the dental college included in Appendix X. These dental colleges shall not hereafter conduct their own competitive entrance examination of for admission in MDS Courses. 5

6 2. SCHEME OF ENTRANCE EXAMINATION ALL INDIA QUOTA & STATE QUOTA IN PARTICIPATING STATES The scheme for selection of candidates for admission to postgraduate Dental courses for admission to MDS Courses on all-india basis shall be applicable to all Dental Colleges/Institutions throughout the country and no Dental College/Institution shall hereafter conduct competitive entrance examination of its own for these seats on all-india basis, including the States of Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh. However, the students having passed their BDS examination from any Institution in these two States shall not be eligible to participate in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for selection of candidates against All India Quota seats. In case of, candidates who were nominated by the Government of India to do BDS from Dental Colleges in Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir shall be eligible to apply for admission under All India Quota, subject to submission of a bond on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- to this effect. A copy of the nomination letter must be attached with the bond. 3. ACTUAL NUMBER OF SEATS The number of seats available for the year 2013 has not been communicated by all the colleges covered under the NEET Scheme till the time of this Online Prospectus. The number of AIQ seats available in different colleges for, with their subject-wise break-up, shall be displayed on web-site ( during the period of on-line counseling by the Medical Counseling Committee. State counseling authorities shall display before counselling the state quota seats. However, the state-wise, college-wise speciality-wise seats in MDS Courses shall be reckoned or determined on such date as AIIMS/respective state Government may appoint in this behalf. 4. CENTRES FOR EXAMINATION (a) (b) (c) Appendix I shows the list of cities where examination will be conducted. The candidate shall indicate in the Online Application Form, the city where he/she would like to appear for the examination. The centre of examination once opted will not be changed and any request for such a change will not be entertained. Therefore, candidates should indicate their choice of centre after due care and thought. The allotment of centre/city will be done by AIIMS and will be final and binding. This may not necessarily be that of candidate's preference. The centre once allotted shall not be changed. 5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION Candidate should fill in the online Application Form from item No.1 onwards. Do not leave any column blank which is marked *(asterisk). Please See Help Manual for deails of how to fill online application form.. 6. ONLINE REGISTRATION & SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM After selecting the online registration, fill in the details asked for step by step. Deposit the prescribed fee in the designated Bank through a Challan. It will be the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that correct address in the Application Form is filled. Incomplete Application/Registration Slip will be rejected and no communication in this regard will be entertained. The Institute will not be responsible for any loss in transit or for incorrect address given by the applicant in the application form. No candidates should register more than one application. 7. STATUS OF REGISTRATION SLIPS RECEIVED Acknowledgement with regard to successful Online Registration will be forwarded to applicants through SMS. However, the status of Admit Card will be available on AIIMS web 6

7 sites and as well as after 28 th December Candidates are advised to check position regarding status of Application form on the website If the status of a candidate s Admit Card is not available on website, he/she should immediately write to the Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS, New Delhi along with full particulars of the Registration of application form. 8. METHOD OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j) (k) (l) (m) A candidate seeking admission to the Entrance Examination is required to fill up online application as specified in the prospectus. The online application/examination fee is payable through bank challan and is nonrefundable and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. The candidate should fill in the online application form as per the detailed instructions given in the Prospectus. The candidate is required to go through the Prospectus carefully and acquaint himself/herself with all requirements regarding filling in the application form. Discrepancy, if any, in the date and time of the entrance examination mentioned in the Prospectus, Admit Card etc. should be immediately brought to the notice of the Assistant Controller of Examination, AIIMS. Complaints received after the examination will not be entertained. In case any discrepancy is found in the information provided in the various documents, the data provided on the Application will be considered as final for all purposes. Furnishing of false information or suppression of material information in the Application will entail disqualification and shall render the candidate unfit for admission. If ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature/admission will be treated as cancelled and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Further, intimation in this regard will be sent to DCI/State Dental Council, concerned Dental College for necessary action. Application form/registration Slip complete in all respects should be submitted online and NOT to be sent to Assistant Controller of Examinations, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi Incomplete application forms will be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained by the Institute in this regard. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that correct address and ID is filled in the Application Form. The candidates in employment may send their applications/registration slip directly to AIIMS. However, they must inform their employer about applying for this examination and further, in the event any communication from his/her Institution/Department with holding permission to his/her appearing in the above Entrance Examination/admission to the course his/her candidature/admission may be cancelled. Since allotments of seats are made through on-line allotment or personal appearance, candidates are not required to give their choice of subject and college at the time of submission of application form. Candidate must not obtain or give or attempt to obtain or give irregular assistance of any kind during the examination; this will entail expulsion and cancellation of candidature for the examination. The rules are subject to change in accordance with the decision of the Counseling Committee / Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, New Delhi. 7

8 9. ADMIT CARDS (a) (b) (c) A downloadable Admit Card will be hosted for all the eligible candidates on website w.e.f. 28 th December All the candidates must take a printout of the same. The admit card will not be sent through Postal System. No candidate will be admitted to the examination unless he/she holds a valid Admit Card issued by the AIIMS. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall/Venue of allotment of seats by personal appearance without valid Admit Card in original. Candidates are advised to preserve the Admit Card till allotment of seat in College/Institute. Duplicate Admit Card will not be issued after the examination. 10. CONDUCT OF EXAMINATION (a) (b) The examination will be conducted at various centers on Sunday, the 13 th January, 2013 from A.M. to 1.00 P.M. Candidates should report at the allotted centre of examination at 8.30 A.M. No. candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 9.55 A.M. Important: Candidates are advised NOT TO BRING their own PENS to the Examination Centre as it will be provided by the Institute to each candidate before the commencement of the examination. (c) (d) (e) No candidate should carry any textual material, printed or written, bits of papers or any other material except the Admit Card (without envelope) inside the hall. If a candidate is found to be copying/ conversing with other candidates/to have in his/her possession papers, notes or books, he/she shall be disqualified from taking this Examination and the next one or two such Examinations according to the nature of offence and its intimation will be sent to the DCI/State Dental Council and the concerned Dental College for necessary action. After distribution of Question booklet, candidates must immediately ensure that they have received complete question booklet. Subsequent representation will not be entertained. PG Diploma Course, as applied. Subsequent representation will not be entertained. Candidates shall maintain silence and attend to their papers only. Any disturbance in the examination hall shall be deemed as misbehavior and the candidate shall forfeit the right to continue to write in the examination. The decision of the Centre Superintendent shall be final and conclusive. (f ) Do not carry cellular phones, pendrive, memory card, pagers, calculators etc. while coming to Examination Centre; these are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre. 11. DECLARATION OF RESULTS (i) (ii) The result of successful candidates with their rank numbers is expected to be declared by the 10 th February, 2013 and will be displayed on the notice board of Examination Section, AIIMS. It will be available on the internet at www. aiimsexams.org It will also be published in prominent newspapers of the country. The candidates who figure in the merit are required to download the Rank Letter from website as the rank letter will not be sent through postal service. 8

9 (iii) (iv) (v) A downloadable Rank Letter will be hosted on website only one week before the commencement of counseling. It will be the responsibility of candidate to download the rank letter before the counseling. The Institute will not intimate the individual unsuccessful candidates regarding the result of entrance test and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained. However, the marks of individual candidate will be available on AIIMS website on completion of the admission process. There is no provision for rechecking/re-evaluation of the answer sheets and no query in this regard will be entertained. 12. MERIT LIST (i) The merit list of the students shall, subject to rules and regulations framed by Dte. G.H.S. for All India Quota, be determined strictly in accordance with the provisions of Revised DCI MDS Course (2 nd Amendment) Regulations, The relevant provisions are as under:- X X X X X (1). In order to be eligible for admission to any postgraduate course in a particular academic year, it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum of marks at 50 th percentile in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate Courses held for the said academic year. However, in respect of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the minimum marks shall be at 40th percentile. In respect of candidates as provided in clause (5) below with locomotory disability of lower limbs, the minimum marks shall be at 45th percentile. The percentile shall be determined on the basis of highest marks secured in the All-India common merit list in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate courses. Provided when sufficient number of candidates in the respective categories fail to secure minimum marks as prescribed in National Eligibilitycum-Entrance Test held for any academic year for admission to Post Graduate Courses, the Central Government in consultation with Dental Council of India may at its discretion lower the minimum marks required for admission to Post Graduate Course for candidates belonging to respective categories and marks so lowered by the Central Government shall be applicable for the said academic year only. (2) The reservation of seats in medical college/institutions for respective categories shall be as per applicable laws prevailing in States/Union Territories. An all India merit list as well as State-wise merit list of the eligible candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test and candidates shall be admitted to Postgraduate courses from the said merit lists only. Provided that in determining the merit of candidates who are in service of government/public authority, weightage in the marks may be given if approved by the Competent Authority as an incentive at the rate of 10% of the marks obtained for each year of service in remote and/or difficult areas upto the maximum of 30% of the marks obtained in National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test. The remote and difficult areas shall be as defined by State Government/ Competent authority from time to time. (3) No candidate who has failed to obtain the minimum eligibility marks as prescribed in Clause (2) above shall be admitted to any Postgraduate courses in the said academic year. 9

10 (4) 3% seats of the annual sanctioned intake capacity shall be filled up by candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70%. Provided that in case any seat in this 3% quota remains unfilled on account of unavailability of candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% then any such unfiled seat in this 3% quota shall be filled up by persons with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 40% to 50% - before they are included in the annual sanctioned seats for General Category candidates. Provided further that this entire exercise shall be completed by each dental college/institution as per the statutory time schedule for admissions. (5) In non-governmental Dental College/Institutions, 50% (Fifty Percent) of the total seats shall be filled by State Government or the Authority appointed by them, and the remaining 50% (Fifty Percent) of the seats shall be filled by the concerned dental college/institutions on the basis of the merit list prepared as per the marks obtained in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test. (6) 50% of the seats in Post Graduate Diploma Courses shall be reserved for Dental Officers in the Government service, who has served for at least three years in remote and/or difficult areas. After acquiring the PG Diploma, the Dental Officers shall serve for two more years in remote and/or difficult areas as defined by State Government/Competent authority from time to time. (7) The Universities and other authorities concerned shall organize admission process in such a way that teaching in postgraduate courses starts by 2nd May each year. For this purpose, they shall strictly adhered to the time schedule annexed with DCI Regulations, 2006 as amended from time to time. (8) There shall be no admission of students in respect of any academic session after beyond 31st May for postgraduate courses under any circumstances. The Universities shall not register any student admitted beyond the said date. (9) The Dental Council of India may direct, that any student identified as having obtained admission after the last date for closure of admission be discharged from the course of study, or any dental qualification granted to such a student shall not be a recognized qualification for the purpose of the Dentists Act, The institution which grants admission to any student after the last date specified for the same, and in violation of condition of admissions as prescribed by DCI or by the State Government/University/any Competent Authority of respective State Government, shall also be liable to face such action as may be prescribed by DCI including surrender of seats equivalent to the extent of such admission made from its sanctioned intake capacity for the succeeding academic year. (A) Merit List for 50% seats under All India Quotas: The merit list of the eligible and successful candidates who have opted for 50% All India quota seats and appeared in the NEET will be prepared by the AIIMS on the basis of the scores as mentioned above, obtained in the NEET Examination. The merit list will be equal to the number of seats available for allotment in MDS courses under 50% All India Quotas. There shall also be a waiting list equal to 4 times of the merit list. The list of successful candidates (Merit List/ Waiting List) shall be forwarded to the Medical Counseling Committee (Medical Examination Cell), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for the purpose of allotment of seats by Online Counseling. (B) Merit list for seats under state quota: Based on the information in respect of State Code of Eligibility and Domicile filled in by the candidate in the application form, AIIMS will prepare state level merit lists of successful Candidates on the basis of the score obtained by the students of each state in the NEET Examination. The list of successful candidates from each State/UT shall be 10

11 forwarded to the Directorate of Medical Education of the State/UT concerned for the purpose of allotment of seats by online counseling / personal appearance subject to applicable laws prevailing in the State/UT. (C) Merit list for Seats under Armed Forces Dental Colleges: A separate merit list of eligible Serving Dental Officers of Armed Forces shall be provided to the Directorate General of Dental Services for admission to Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and Army Hospital (R & R),Delhi. (D) In case of two or more candidates obtaining equal marks in the competitive entrance examination, their inter se merit will be determined in order of preference as under: (i) Candidate scoring less negative marks. (ii) According to age, older will get preference over younger. 13. ADMISSION AND RESERVATION An All India merit list and State wise merit list of the qualified candidates shall be prepared on the basis of the percentile of marks obtained in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test and candidates shall be admitted to Dental MDS / PG Diploma courses from the said lists only by following the already existing Reservation Policies. All admission to Dental MDS / PG Diploma courses within the respective categories shall be based solely on merit based on percentile of marks obtained in the National Eligibility-cum- Entrance Test. (A) RESERVATION OF SEATS IN GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGES UNDER 50% ALL INDIA QUOTA: (a) 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates, (b) 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates, (c) 27% seats are reserved for non-creamy layer OBC candidates in Central Educational Institutions only as per Hon ble Supreme Court order dated Reservation would be applicable to the castes mentioned in the Central list of OBC. Thus, the candidates falling in this list may mention OBC in the Category Column in application form. Candidates from creamy layer and do not come under Central List of OBC are advised to mention their category as General. (d) 3% seats are reserved on horizontal basis for Physically Handicapped candidates (only for locomotory disabilities of lower limbs between 50% to 70%, provided that in case any seat in this 3% quota remains unfilled on account of unavailability of candidates with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% then any such unfilled seat in this 3% quota shall be filled up by persons with locomotory disability of lower limbs between 40% to 50% before they are included in the seats of respective category) in 50% All India PG quota seats. Detailed information in this regard is available on the website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Candidates who considered themselves eligible for this category are advised to ensure their eligibility by getting themselves examined at any Government Medical College/District Hospital/Government Hospital. However, candidates may kindly note that in case of selection under PH category, they will be required to produce Disability Certificate from one of the disability assessment boards, constituted at the four metro cities, mentioned below, before their schedule date of counselling: i) Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, Ansari Nagar, Ring Road, New Delhi (Tel No & ) ii) All India Institute of Physically Medicine and Rehabilitation, Hazi Ali Park, K. The mode of implementation of reservation will be available on MoHFW website- (B) ADMISSION AND RESERVATION OF SEATS IN GOVERNMENT FUNDED INSTITUTIONS/ DENTAL COLLEGES AFFILIATED TO CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES/ DEEMED UNIVERSITIES ETC. Admission to Government funded Medical Institutions/ Dental Colleges Affiliated to Central Universities/Deemed Universities etc. shall be subject to prevailing reservation policies and rules of admission applicable to the Institution/University Concerned. (C) RESERVATION OF SEATS IN MEDICAL COLLEGES UNDER STATE QUOTA AND PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGES: (i) Admission under 50% State quota seats in Government Dental Colleges shall be subject to reservation policy and Eligibility Criteria prevailing in the State/Union Territory as notified by the respective State/Union Territory from time to time. (ii) The reservation of seats in Dental Colleges for respective categories shall be as per applicable laws prevailing in State/Union Territory concerned. Reference: MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA, POSTGRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION REGULATIONS, 2000 (AMENDED UPTO FEBRUARY, 2012), MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA, Pocket 14, Sector 8, Dwarka, NEW DELHI , sub-clause 9 (1)(a), according to which: 1(a). 3% seats of the annual sanctioned intake capacity shall be filled up by candidates with locomotor disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70%. Provided that in case any seat in this 3% quota remains unfilled on account of unavailability of candidates with locomotor disability of lower limbs between 50% to 70% then any such unfilled seat in this 3% quota shall be filled up by persons with locomotor disability of lower limbs between 40% to 50% - before they are included in the annual sanctioned seats for General Category candidates. 16. IMPERSONATION SECTION - II If during the counseling, it is found that candidates appearing in the counseling indulged in any case of impersonation i.e. not matching the photographs/signature/documents of candidates etc. he/she will be handed over to the Police and the cases will be dealt as per the Indian Penal Code in this matter and if required, the cases will be handed over to CBI for further investigation. Such candidates will be debarred permanently from taking National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test in future. 13

PG DIPLOMA COURSES (II) MDS The general principles as enuciated for postgraduate dental courses (MDS) in Section I shall mutatis mutandis apply for the competitive entrance examination for admission to postgraduate diploma courses. (i). (ii). DURATION OF THE COURSE : 2 years. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (a) The candidate must be an Indian National / Person of Indian Origin / Overseas Citizen of India Card holders possessing BDS degree from a Dental College recognised by the Government of India under the Dentists Act, 1948 and has completed one year (12 months) Compulsory Rotating Internship in an approved/recognised Dental College shall be eligible. (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) The condition of one year Compulsory Rotating Internship is not applicable to those candidate who had passed their final BDS Examination on or before 1988 and hold a BDS Degree from a Dental College recognised by the Dental Council of India. No condonation of Internship of 12 months period shall be accepted except (i) the students of the batch admitted during the academic session and have completed 4½ year BDS Course alongwith 06 months compulsory rotating internship and (ii) the students admitted during the academic session at Rajah Muthiah Dental College, Annamalai University those have completed 05 years BDS Course without internship. However, a candidate who, after passing the final qualifying examination (BDS or the foreign dental degree recognized by GOI/DCI), is undergoing 12- month compulsory rotating internship/practical training and is likely to complete the same by 31 ST March 2013 can take up this examination, but he/she shall not be eligible for admission unless he/she has completed the compulsory rotating internship on or before 31 ST March 2013 or the candidate produces a certificate from the head of Institution that he/she will be completing internship by 31 ST March 2013 The dates indicated by candidates with regard to12 months Compulsory Rotating Internship i.e. starting date, completion date, shall be treated as final and candidates will be required to submit the original Compulsory Rotating Internship completion certificate at the time of counseling. The cut off dates for the recognition of the Dental Colleges, from where the candidates have passed their BDS Degree Course and completed compulsory rotatory Internship for the year 2012 will be 31 st Oct The Colleges recognized after this date will not considered. Some of the Universities are having regulations that candidates who are already pursuing the PG Course in their University or in another University are not eligible for admission till they complete the course. The candidates who are already pursuing PG Courses either through All India Quota or State Quota and are applying for a seat under National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test may confirm the eligibility conditions of that University in this regard. Dte. Gen. Health Services shall not be responsible if such candidates are refused for admission. Such candidates may opt for the subject and the college at their own risk and cost. 14
