The role of the coordiator is to maage the logisitcs of the meetigs, make speaker arragemets ad member registratio. The role of the advisory board is to assist the director with program orgaizatio that meets the eeds of the club ad to assist other members with questios they have o a patiet s care or other challeges affectig their practice. This year we are lauchig a small group desiged to ecourage the ew detist i the team iterdiscipliary detistry cocept. We call this the Masters of Treatmet Plaig Program. We will meet four times per year. It will be comprised of the advisory board ad ew detists i the area most of which are ot members of the Select Study Club. The focus of these meetigs will be treatmet plaig. This is a joit effort of both the Select Study Club ad Woodyard Periodotics, PC. The first meetig will be held o Wedesday, September 29, Tetative meetig dates for the ext three meetigs are November 10, February 2, ad May 11.

5 Literature Review SSC Media Library This will be a added compoet to select meetigs this year. Members of the advisory board will rotate brigig two articles ad presetig a brief summary of the abstract to the members. These articles will come from peer reviewed jourals. The validity of the iformatio preseted will be examied. Members will be set a with the etire article either before or after the meetig. Table Case Presetatio There will be time at each meetig either durig or after meals ad at breaks whe members ca brig patiet cases ad challeges to share with other members or with advisory board members for assistace. This club is built upo the team cocept. Over the past few years, I have purchased the DVD series of the Seattle Study Club Symposiums ad several other meetigs. I am goig to make these available to study club members to check out at our meetigs. Michelle will have a listig of the library ad she will moitor which members are checkig out videos. To make sure the videos are available for every member, they will eed to be retured to Michelle each moth so that we ca provide this service. She will have the videos o had at every meetig for check out. Seattle Study Club Joural Quarterly, you will receive a copy of the Seattle Study Club joural.
