Kincaid Fault MMI Survey 2008 i Summary A soil survey was completed over a part of the Kincaid Fault Property in Alma and Holmes Townships during the fall of Sixty eight soil samples were collected over 7 transects along the Kincaid Fault. The samples were analysed for 46 elements by SGS Canada Inc. Minerals Services using the Mobile Metal Ions Technology. The area bedrock is prospective for gold ± copper/uranium/molybdenum deposits and is mostly unexplored due to extensive overburden cover. The soil survey was designed as a follow up to MMI surveys completed in 2005 and The objective was to outline geochemical signatures in soils overlying possible sub cropping metal deposits. Low to high contrast soil anomalies were delineated by the survey and are an indication of underlying bedrock metal enrichment. Follow up MMI soil sampling should be completed over the entire property before a program of IP surveying, stripping and drilling is implemented.

Kincaid Fault MMI Survey Introduction soil sampling and analysis were completed during the fall of 2008 with sixty eight samples collected along 7 transects on four claims in Alma and Holmes Twps., Ontario. The samples were analyzed by SGS Minerals Services of Toronto using the Mobile Metal Ion Technology (MMI). The objective of the survey was to detect and delineate geochemical signatures in soil overlying undiscovered overburden covered orebodies using the MMI technology in a geological setting favourable for Au, Cu, Mo, U mineral deposits. Property The property is a group of 6 claims comprised of 42 units and with an area of 678 hectares and referred to as the Kincaid Fault Property. The claim #'s are: , , , , , and Figure 1: Claims Location and Access The property is located in eastern Alma Twp.and western Holmes Twp., 14 kilometres NNE of the village of Matachewan, in the Larder Lake Mining Division of Ontario.

Kincaid Fault MMI Survey Access to the property is by truck from Hwy 66 northward along the Separation Lake access road and then westward across the property. The work areas are reached by ATV and by foot along old logging roads and trails. The Alma and Holmes Township area is underlain by tholeiitic flows of the Kinojevis group and calc-alkaline flows and pyroclastic rocks of the Blake River Group. Archean sedimentary rocks unconformibly overlie the volcanic rocks. This volcanosedimentary assemblage is intruded by Archean mafic sills, dikes and felsic intrusions. Proterozoic sedimentary rocks of the Huronian Group unconformibly overlie the Archean rocks. Numerous north-south faults cut across the region and many have been intruded by diabase dikes. The Kincaid Fault, a major fault zone, trends west and south-west across the property and may be a splay from the Larder Lake Break.

Kincaid Fault MMI Survey Figure 3: Geology Property Geology The property is at the north contact of the Cairo syenite stock. The claims are underlain by Cairo syenite and Kinojevis mafic volcanics. The volcanics contain narrow interflow sediments as wacke, chert and iron formation. A number of north striking diabase dikes form prominent ridges across the property. Glacial till covers most of the property and is thought to be generally less than 10 metres thick. Alteration (carbonatization, albitization) and pyritization in shears and fracturing has been mapped in a westerly direction across the property and is associated with the westerly extension of the Kincaid Fault which is a splay fault off the Larder Lake Break. A few occurrences of gold, copper and molybdenum have been documented. Current Work MMI Soil Geochemical Survey The soil samples were collected along lines LK2W, LK0W, LK2E, LK3E, LK9E, LK23E, and LK25E from September 20 to 22, 2008 by Andrew George and Mike Gauthier of Matachewan. The lines were laid out N-S by compass and measured by chain with 25 metre stations flagged with ribbon and marked with line and station coordinates. The location of each line was referenced to the UTM grid by

Kincaid Fault MMI Survey Garmin GPS. The soil samples were collected at the 25m stations with the sample assay numbers being the same as the station coordinates. The sample locations are shown on the Sample Location Maps in Appendix A. A total of 68 soil samples weighing 400 to 800 grams per sample were collected using a dutch auger at a depth between 20 and 25 cm below the bottom of the living organics. The samples were placed in plastic bags on site without preparation and were submitted to SGS Minerals for analysis on Oct. 3, Sample descriptions including location, depth and soil type are presented in Appendix A. The MMI analysis measures the metal ions from mineralization that have moved toward the surface and attached loosely to the surface of soil particles. The samples collected were analyzed by SGS Minerals for 46 elements using the MMI-M package. The elements reported are: Ag, Al, As, Au, Ba, Bi, Ca, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Dy, Er, Eu, Fe, Gd, La, Li, Mg, Mo, Nb, Nd, Ni, Pb, Pd, Pr, Pt, Rb, Sb, Sc, Sm, Sn, Sr, Ta, Tb, Te, Th, Ti, Tl, U, W, Y, Yb, Zn and Zr. The MMI analysis data is shown on SGS Minerals certificate of analysis work order TO in Appendix A. Data Treatment and Presentation Data treatment and presentation follows the methods recommended for MMI data. Any data that is less than the lower limit of determination(<lld) has been replaced with a value one-half of the LLD for statistical calculations and graphical representation. The raw data background value for an element is the arithmetic mean of the lower quartile of the raw data for that element. The background was calculated using raw data from transects covered in this report. Raw data background values were calculated for selected elements and are as follows: Table 1: Raw data background Element Ag As Au Ba Bi Co Cu Mo Ni Pb U Raw data background 1.29 ppb 5.0 ppb 0.05 ppb 377 ppb 0.5 ppb 22.3 ppb 137 ppb 2.5 ppb 59.1 ppb 214 ppb 4.53 ppb The response ratio(rr) was calculated by dividing the raw value for the element at each site by the raw data background value for that element. The RR background is always 1.

Kincaid Fault MMI Survey Results Results for selected elements are shown in table 2 below, and are also graphically depicted as charts and plan maps in Appendix A. All results are shown in assay certificate TO For the purpose of interpretation of results the following rating system is used based on other MMI studies and surveys primarily gold done in similar glaciated terrain with shallow overburden cover. a response ratio of 5 to 20 times background is a low contrast anomalous response a response ratio between 20 and 50 times background is a moderate contrast anomalous response a response ratio greater than 50 times background is a high contrast response Samples with anomalous response ratios are shown in table 2 with response ratios of 5 to 20 highlighted green, 20 to 50 blue and above 50 light red.
