3 Benchmarks Area III: Prevent, limit, and reverse the co-morbidities associated with epilepsy and its treatment. E. Develop effective methods for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of NES. Short-term goals include: 1. Determine types and frequency of NES in general population and in epilepsy. 2. Identify common susceptibility factors and etiologies for NES. 3.
