4 Working in Milton Park Getting a visa If you are a citizen from one of the countries in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area, you currently do not need a visa to visit, live, work or study in England. There are six airports within a 90 mile radius of Milton Park. Didcot Parkway train station is only 5 minutes away from Milton Park, with strong, frequent train links to the rest of the country. WORK FORCE Milton Park is home to 7,500 people (not Patheon employees) and 250 organizations LEISURE FACILITIES Milton Park itself has a huge array of facilities for leisure activities and hosts regular onsite events for everyone, including summer BBQs, Christmas markets and educational seminars. Tier 4 - Students aged over 16 (university students typically) are eligible for student visa s which often come with restrictions on the number of hours that can be worked.

6 Site information The Milton Park site is specially designed for early phase development and delivery. Milton Park is a 1,250m² facility. This Patheon plant consists of formulation and analytical labs and a GMP area as well. These technologies able Milton Park to carry out clinical trials for Phases I and II. Patheon`s Quick to Clinic programme is also practised at Milton Park, this programme offers customers 12 week clinical trail material with stability data and flexible dosage forms. Milton Park is a dedicated unit for early phase development. With a clear focus on bringing early phase projects to clinical trials as quickly as possible, Milton Park Operations incorporates disposable technology to accelerate many of its development services. The latest investment into Milton Park has made Patheon offer a wider range of drug forms.

7 A commitment to developing the talent of the future. In 2017 we commenced our Talent of the Future initiative and are now working towards developing a Future Talent Academy. We actively support local schools through project initiatives, work experience placements, tours of our site and course partnerships and placements for college students.
