Exercise equipment for small superheroes Mini gyms for children
It's easy. I can do it. I'm a superhero! Workout through play. Play in workout. Superheroes learn physical activity Seeing children's interest in outdoor gyms we have created a set of devices adjusted to our toddlers' height and skills. Our equipments are designed to accustom children to use gyms and promote sporty lifestyle. They are the perfect complement to the traditional outdoor gyms for adults where children can safely try their hands. All the devices have been designed basing on the standards concerning playgrounds PN-EN They can be use in schools, kindergartens and public playgrounds. By changing your neighbourhood you improve its inhabitants' lifestyle. Your fitness park for children and adults. Why? Are you wondering what are the children's gyms for? Let us explain: HABITS We accustom children to train not only on physical education at school. We teach sports lifestyle for a lifetime. OVERWEIGHT CHILDREN 20 per cent of school age children is overweight (researches of 2015, Health and Nutrition Institute). Bad eating habits and lack of excercises are the main causes of children's overweight. Let's fight it down. THE EXAMPLE COMES FROM THE TOP By excersising with children you show them that outdoor activity is very important. Children copy correct excercises and learn safe behaviour through observing adults during training. Being an example is better than being an admonisher. TRAINING IS FUN The excercises are safe and easy and they are supposed to be fun for for children. The key to success is to make fun and pleasure from excercises to fall in love with training. A SUPERHERO Children quickly achieve efficiency in the performance as the excercises are simple and intuitive. It builds a positive self-esteem. If parents also appreciate the efforts of their child they'll come back home with a happy superhero.
Tai Chi Wheels - OFK-03 Regular excercises have a posistive influence on improving the motor skills of upper parts of a child's body. A forced vertical position helps to form a correct posture which is a motor habit (what is worth remembering). Instructions for use: Place both hands on the discs. Rotate left and right alternately. The speed of movement and the duration of the exercise should be dependent on an individual condition. Difficulty of training: Easy Air Walkier - OFK-01 A very pleasant movement which simulates running experience without putting stresses on the joints. A handle gives your child a sense of of security and stability while performing exercises. It builds self-confidence and forms the correct habits used in traditional running. It is an excellent preparation for young runners. Instructions for use: Firmly grasp the handle and place both feet on the pedals. Move your legs forward and backward. Difficulty of training: Easy Pony Rider - OFK-02 A multi-purpose equipment. It activates the whole body of a child. The movements are alike riding a horse or a pony. As a result, the exercises are more attractive for children and affect their imagination, which is very important while acquiring new motor skills. Instructions for use: Sit on the seat. Put your feet on the pedals, grab hands behind both handles. Pull the handle to the abdomen straightening your legs. Return to the starting position. to medium.
OFKids OUTDOOR FITNESS Bicycle - OFK-09 An outdoor stationary bike is an excellent exercise for children, who have not required driving skills on a traditional bike. It allows to acquire the movement habits before the first ride. It's also an interesting variety for those chilldren, who can already ride. It helps to work on movements smoothness and to control their intensity. How to use: Sit on the saddle. Grasp the handle arms. legs attitudes on the pedals. Turn the pedals changing the speed of rotation. Stepper - OFK-10 Alternating weight shifting from one foot to the other helps to improve a sense of balance and better understand the centre of mass of a body. Handles make the position stable which allows to play safely. How to use: Grasp the handle arms. legs attitudes on the pedals. Push the pedals changing it. Twister + Sit Twister OFK-04, OFK-05 Twister exercises are, above all, great fun. As in the case of exercises on other devices also here children acquire new motor skills of their bodies. They learn to control their movements by regulating their breadth and speed. Method of use: Take a position on one of the discs with both legs, grab the holder with your hands and then move your hips in a uniform way from the right side to the left.
Ski Trainer OFK-11 Regular exercises help to keep the high flexibility of the spine and extensive mobility of joints, which is characteristic for children at early age. In addition, it improves a sense of balance and the high frequency of exercises strengthens the muscles responsible for the correct body posture. Method of use: Set both legs on the feet and firmly grab the holders. Move the legs to the right and left performing a pendulum movement. Puppet OFC-07 Exercises performed on the device are mainly used for stretching and strengthening th inner thigh muscles. Regular exercises can be helpful when unexpected falls, especially in winter on slippery surfaces. Instructions for use: Set both legs on the feet and firmly grab the holders. Move the legs to the right and left performing a pendulum movement. Bench - OFK-06 Training effect: Strengthening of straight and slanting abdomen muscles Method of use: Lie down on the bench, face up. The legs should be bent at knees, lean your feet against the lower crossbar. Put your hands under your head. Lift the torso in the following order: first the head then the shoulders and then the rest of your body. A torso twist can be performed at the end. Slowly lower your torso to the bench. Make full, smooth movements. Exercise difficulty: Hard. Back extensor - OFK-08 Training effect: Strengthens very important to maintain proper figure muscle`s group. Thanks to the exercises on this device you take care of the back muscles and your spine. Regular exercise will help to effectively strengthen the muscles responsible for maintaining upright posture. It will help you to anjoy the walks for a longer time. How to use: Rest your hips on the bench, face side down. Deny legs of the bar. Cross your hands on your chest. Make smooth, slow and full of bends and lift the torso. Exercise difficulty: Hard.
