Our extensive range of equipment on offer assists with all budgets and area sizes. Increasing health and fitness is an important factor in improving our quality of life. We are seeing an increase in accessible fitness equipment appearing in our communities such as par ks and other open spaces. This allows people of varying age and ability to take part in some regular exercise whilst socialising with others in a safe, well planned environment.

OUR PROCESS We ve tried to simplify the whole process from start to finish for our customers. This is our process flow chart which details how easy and hassle free it is from making an inquiry, through to the design process and ending with you, our valued customer receiving the finished product. We also appreciate that your time is valuable. That is why we have a dedicated in-house design team who work directly with our sales staff to deliver fast turn around times on your concepts and plan to help you better visualise the product sooner. SAFETY Safety is a key issue when placing equipment like this in parks and any public environment. It needs to be safe for intended use and designed to eliminate the risks associated with possible malicious use. We recommend that our exercise equipment be installed at a location which is separated from children s play areas. We also offer large signage to identify the entire location and user instructions for each piece of equipment. FALL ZONES The recommended fall zone for all fitness Equipment is 1500mm. 6 INSTRUCTION SIGNAGE The Outdoor Fitness Australia Range is fitted with a Instructional Signage Plate with an informative description of the benefits of equipment as well easy to follow instructions for the user to operate the fitness equipment safely and correctly to avoid injury. The Instructional Signage Plate also advises users of a suggested age range for the equipment. Scan this QR code using your smart phone to view the Lat Pull Down exercise instruction video. QR CODE LABELLING The instructional Signage Plate contains a QR Code for your benefit. You can use the QR Codes to watch video clips of the different exercise can perform on the equipment. Outdoor Fitness parks also give important social benefits. Promoting health improvement, integration and fun fitness, makes the fitness park a natural and intergenerational meeting point for people of all walks of life. An outdoor fitness park can provide an important benefit to all people, who enjoy maintaining and improving their physical condition by working out in the fresh air, and in a relaxed atmosphere. All our fitness stations use your own body weight as resistance. As a result, the difficulty is tailored to each individual user. Our QR codes provide both inspiration and instruction for each station. The Outdoor Fitness stations are constructed from materials which minimizes both vandalism and the need for maintenance. SENIOR Healthy aging is on everybody s wish list, and one of the keys is to maintain your body through exercise. Outdoor Fitness parks can provide an important benefit to all senior communities: e.g. healthy outdoors activities, socializing, adding movement to the everyday life, help maintain the Independence, and improve physical and mental wellbeing. Our intuitive stations are designed for all from the ones challenged by physical limitations or Illness to the more fit and mobile. This also makes the outdoor fitness park a perfect place for Grandparents to spend time with their grandchildren. JUNIOR The epidemic of childhood obesity is fueled by both diet and a lack of physical activity. As this problem is growing, many opportunities for childhood physical activity, such as school PE and recess, are being scaled back or eliminated. Imagination Play seeks to address this problem with its series of outdoor fitness stations for eight to fourteen year olds. 7

It should be fun for people of all ages and abilities and add to the aesthetics of their surroundings. In contrast of the above, physical and social benefits of outdoor fitness equipment are well documented. Improving one s cardiovascular health will improve their endurance and energy levels as well as the heart s health, which in turn has a positive effect on other aspects of their health and life. A good level of fitness is just as important for mental health as it is for physical health too.
