CABLE STEP : Remove the bolts attaching the FRAME BRACE and CABLE to the BASE as shown in figure Remove and discard the LEG CABLE by removing the bolts shown in FIGURE. 4

5 9 /8 X 4 4 FIGURE STEP : If not already installed, slide one COVER CAP (4) over the FRONT LEG () as shown in FIGURE 8 SECURELY assemble the FRONT LEG () to the GS/GS Gym System using two /8 X 4 BOLTS (9), four /8 WASHERS (), two LOW HEIGHT /8 LOCK NUTS () as shown in FIGURE. / / / / / / 0 4

6 FIGURE STEP : Assemble the new LEG PRESS CABLE () using the previously removed bolts as shown in FIGURE. (NOTE: Make sure the LEG PRESS CABLE is running in the grooves of all pulleys and above the retaining bolts.)

8 FIGURE 8 /8 X -/4 STEP : SECURELY attach the LP LEG PRESS to the FRONT LEG () using two /8 X -/4 BOLTS (8), two /8 WASHERS (), and two /8 LOCK NUTS (). See FIGURE. FIGURE SEAT FRAME BRACKET 4 7 /8 X -/4 STEP : Carefully route the LEG PRESS CABLE () around one -/ PULLEY () and SECURELY assemble the -/ PULLEY () to the BRACKET (from 00 LEG PRESS kit) using one /8 X -/4 BOLT (7), one /8 WASHER (), one CABLE CLIP (4) and one /8 LOCK NUT () as shown in FIGURE. Make sure the CABLE is in the grooves of all the pulleys. 8

9 SEAT FRAME /8 LOCK NUT BRACKET 0 /8 X 4-/4 FIGURE 7 STEP 7: SECURELY attach the BRACKET (from LP LEG PRESS) to the SEAT FRAME using two /8 X 4-/4 BOLTS (0), two /8 WASHERS (), and two /8 LOCK NUTS (). See FIGURE 7. FIGURE 8 /8 X -/4 7 SEAT FRAME STEP 8: Carefully route the LEG PRESS CABLE () around one -/ PULLEY () and SECURELY assemble the -/ PULLEY () to the bracket on the SEAT FRAME using one /8 X -/4 BOLT (7) and one /8 LOCK NUT () as shown in FIGURE 8. Make sure the CABLE is in the grooves of all the pulleys. / / / / / / 0 4 9

10 FIGURE 9 SEAT FRAME /8 LOCK NUT /8 X 4-/4 0 STEP 9: Carefully route the LEG PRESS CABLE () around one -/ PULLEY () and SECURELY assemble the -/ PULLEY () to the SEAT FRAME using one /8 X 4-/4 BOLT (0), two STEP SPACERS -9/ () and one /8 LOCK NUT () as shown in FIGURE 9. Make sure the CABLE is in the grooves of all the pulleys. 12 FIGURE SEAT FRAME /8 LOCK NUT /8 X 4-/4 0 STEP : SECURELY assemble the swivel end of the LEG PRESS CABLE () to the SEAT FRAME using one /8 X 4-/4 BOLT (0), two STEP SPACERS -/ () and one /8 LOCK NUT (). (NOTE: SECURELY tighten, then back nut off /4 turn) CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM

13 ADJUST! ADJUST! FIGURE 4 STEP 4: Before setting the correct amount of tension in the cables, push the HEAD PLATE down, insert the WEIGHT SELECTOR PIN, and perform several repetitions at the leg press station. This will relax the cable system and prevent the HEAD PLATE from lifting up.
