Global: Walking/Reaching, outdoors, hands, common, shoulder to overhead, as 1 min on =reaching load, 3 min off no reaching far as controlled, db s, moderate, 1 min on 3 off Reach needs to stimulate core reaction 4. Local: Spine Flexion, ball, supine, trunk, anterior, DB s, slow 20 rep plank Change direction each time through circuit 5.
