8 How much THC should I consume?! Cost is a factor!! The FDA guidelines for prescribing Dronabinol (Marinol), which is the synthetic form of THC, is 2.5 to 15mg of THC, 3 times a day. It is important to remember that every individual will have a different dosage need, independent of body size and tolerance.! The research studies on CBD show from 100mg to 300mg and more per day is beneficial. We see noticeable effects from 7-15mg and up, 3 times per day.

And in 2013, 20 states and the District of Colombia have legalized medical marijuana, 2 states have legalized for recreational use and 15 other states have bills or initiatives in the works for some sort of model for distribution.

21 The State Law - Possession and Cultivation Guidelines Qualified patients may possess up to 16 oz. of dried or 2 oz. of concentrate of medical marijuana per person Qualified patients may also cultivate 24 un-harvested plants grown in an area no more than 64 square feet If a person is acting as primary caregiver to more than one patient he or she may aggregate the possession and cultivation limits for each patient Similarly, collectives and cooperatives may cultivate and transport marijuana in aggregate amounts tied to its membership numbers
