2 Thank you for taking time to fill out this questionnaire. The information you provide will be useful in giving us a picture across the diocese of attitudes towards and awareness of the Hurt By Abuse project and its work. Even if you know little about the project, your answers will help build this picture. Your responses will be anonymous but your information will be used in the project s final evaluation report, either as statistical data or descriptive analysis. Please be careful not to give names, places or other identifying details. The questionnaire is divided into sections please skip any that do not apply to you. If completing the questionnaire causes you any distress, please contact the Safeguarding team to talk to someone in confidence, or see the back page for details of local support agencies.
