3 1.0 INTRODUCTION DetoxHerb is a benefit to patients suffering from Serious or Life-threatening conditions or diseases. DetoxHerb provided improvement to patient s quality of life and good well-being. An overview of DetoxHerb treatment is as follows. First ImunStem and Aktiffvate are provided, approximately two (2) weeks before DetoxHerb is administered. ImunStem and Aktiffvate are taken simultaneously for two (2) weeks. Patients will receive ½ to ¾ of a dropper three to four (3-4) times a day during this time period. Following these two (2) weeks, a blood test must be run to ascertain whether or not the patient is ready to receive the DetoxHerb treatment. If the patient shows an appropriate improvement in general health, the dosage will continue at ½ of a dropper. Additional testing occurs thirty (30) days following initiation of ImunStem and Aktiffvate. These products will improve the function of the immune system, as well as overall health. This step is very important, as it will maximize the effect of DetoxHerb. If the patient s condition is stable and appropriate improvement has been noticed, then other Golden Sunrise Nutraceutical products may be supplemented for patient s specific condition. Please refer to Attachment 4.3 ImunStem Dietary Supplement Label and Attachment 4.4 Aktiffvate Dietary Supplement Label. 2.0 SUMMARY DetoxHerb is a treatment to provide overall health and improve body function to allow the individual an improved quality of live. The DetoxHerb regiment incorporates a PRIMARY Plan of Care for all patients to improve body function prior to DetoxHerb treatment. Once body function is shown to improve, through blood reports or other testing, then DetoxHerb can begin in its administration. DetoxHerb consists of two (2) products administered closed together to provide a maximum detoxing effect. This detoxing effect has the potential to cleanse the body of toxins such as bacterium, chemicals, heavy metals and others toxins affecting proper bodily function. This cleansing effect may benefit the patient that has chronic diseases that has found no benefit from other therapies available to them. 3.0 TREATMENT FIRST AND FOREMOST, DETOXHERB MUST BE ADMINISTERED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PHYSICIAN S CARE. Once a medical evaluation of the patient has been completed, and reviewed; those patients whose medical history, and current medical condition is appropriate for treatment with DetoxHerb will receive the product as follows: 3.1 Administration of DetoxHerb Drink one (1 fl.oz.) fluid ounce of DetoxHerb-I. Medical staff should monitor the patient for forty (40) minutes to one (1) hour following ingestion of DetoxHerb-I. Next DetoxHerb-II is administered in the same dosage, and again medical staff should monitor the patient for thirty (30) minutes following of DetoxHerb-II. 4 The DetoxHerb has no toxic side-effects. It will promote the body s natural cleansing process which may include cleansing effects such as nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, mucus discharges, other possible symptoms a person may experience, may depend on the persons previous health issues which may include headaches, migraines, weakness, muscle aches, joint pain, heart palpitations, inflammation of the throat, excessive bloating, gas, and shortness of breath, which is only temporary at the time that the patient is being treated with DetoxHerb.
