Who may benefit from consuming this product? 3. What is the purpose for combining the primary ingredients together in this product? Vitamin C and zinc protect our cells from antioxidant damage and play an important role in supporting immune system function.* 4. What are the primary plant-based ingredients in this product? The primary plant-based ingredient in Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Caps is acerola cherry concentrate, which provides 45 mg of vitamin C and is sustainably grown on our Nutrilite farms. The Nutrilite Phyto2GO product also includes our Nutrilite Berry blend, a combination of whole blueberry powder, and black currant, elderberry, and grape extracts. 3 5. How should this product be taken? Should it be taken on an empty stomach or with food? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Caps can be used whenever you are looking to support your immune system via a simple and fun drink experience. The product can be consumed with food or on an empty stomach. The suggested serving limit is 1 3 twist caps per day. Simply place the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap on your exclusive 12 ounce bottle (filled with cold water) and fasten tightly. Then, when you are ready to enjoy your beverage experience, just remove the cap slowly and enjoy no shaking or stirring required. 6. Is this product recommended for pregnant women or nursing mothers? If so, what is the recommended serving? The suggested serving limit of 1 3 twist caps per day is the same as for all general consumers. Nevertheless, it is recommended that pregnant women and nursing mothers consult a physician before using. 8. Are there any other physical states/conditions for which use of this product is not recommended? If an individual is allergic to any of the listed ingredients, it is advisable that they do not consume this product. If any response is experienced, consult your health care provider for further advice. 7. Is this product recommended for children? If so, what is the recommended serving? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Twist Cap, when used as directed, is safe for consumption by children four years of age or older. The suggested serving limit for children 4 11 years of age is one twist cap per day. Children 12 years of age or older can follow the suggested serving limit for adults which is 1 3 twist caps per day.

4 11. Do any of the ingredients in this product exceed the upper level? Upper levels are the maximal levels of intake that are considered safe. The levels of all nutrients contained in the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap are below any upper level of safety for adults established by the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN). If you are taking multiple supplement products, the CRN upper levels of safety are 2000 mg for vitamin C and 30 mg for zinc. Nutrilite s Product Safety Group has critically evaluated the scientific literature with respect to this formulation and determined there is a low safety risk associated with the use of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap. However, in the interest of health and well-being, customers are highly encouraged to keep their health care provider informed about their personal use of dietary supplements. 12. Can this product be taken with other dietary supplements? 13. Are there known foods or nutrients that may interact with this product? There are no known foods or compounds that may inhibit or intensify the absorption or utilization of this product. 14. Can you take this product after it has expired? Levels of nutrients are not guaranteed past the expiration date listed on the product label. The sensory characteristics such as flavor, odor, and texture are not guaranteed past the expiration date. 15. How should this product be stored? Exposure to temperatures above 90 F can affect the quality of the product and the integrity of the packaging. To ensure best quality, the product should be stored in a cool location, below 70 F. No refrigeration is required, although it is recommended whenever possible to minimize fading of fruit flavors or development of off-flavors. When consumed up to 1 3 servings per day (the suggested serving limit), the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap may be taken with other dietary supplements within their suggested use.

5 16. Sometimes the cap is difficult to remove and/or doesn t seem to work properly. Why is that? The force required to remove the cap will be affected by the force in which the cap was fastened to the bottle. While it is important to ensure the cap is twisted on snugly, it is not necessary to overly tighten the cap. Our quality tests show a very low chance of the cap not working when the usage instructions are followed. It is most important to remove the cap slowly. When the cap is removed too quickly, the cap may not release its full amount of content into the bottle. Another reason the cap may not release its content is when the proper amount of force wasn t used to twist the cap onto the bottle. If this happens, try twisting the cap onto the bottle again with the appropriate amount of force and then removing the cap again slowly. 17. Why does some of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO mix remain in the cap after it discharges? It is normal for a small residual amount of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO mix contents to remain in the cap. However, it is still important to remove the cap slowly. When the cap is removed too quickly, the cap may not release the appropriate amount of content into the bottle. Because some residual product left in the cap is an inherent part of the product design, some drippage may occur after the cap is removed from the bottle. This does not affect the nutrient level of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap. Simply take care when removing the cap to ensure no concentrate gets onto clothing or fabrics. 18. Can the caps leak? Based on our extensive quality evaluations, there is a very low risk of the product contents leaking out of the cap unless it is dropped onto a hard surface. 19. I noticed my beverage doesn t always have exactly the same color or flavor intensity. Why is that? Nutrilite uses botanicals as well as natural colors and flavors in our formulations. Due to changes from crop to crop and season to season these plant materials are expected to have naturally occurring variation. Because this is a liquid product, slight fading of the color and flavor intensity over time is expected. While the Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap can be stored at room temperature, refrigerated storage will promote optimal color and flavor retention. Water quality can also impact the flavor of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO product. The quality of potable tap and well water is highly variable. For best results, mix with a high quality water such as that which has been filtered through an espring Water Purifier. 20. Do I need to keep the small plastic cap that came with my Nutrilite Phyto2GO bottle? It is not necessary to keep the small plastic cap that came with your Nutrilite Phyto2GO bottle. The cap was applied to protect the inside of the bottle from any dust exposure that may occur with packaging and shipping of the bottles and/or to be used as a cap for your beverage.

6 21. Is the bottle that came with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO product dishwasher safe? Yes. The bottle that came with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO product is top-rack dishwasher safe. Given the shape of the bottle and the small opening required to fit the Nutrilite Phyto2GO closure, extra time may be needed in order for the bottle to dry completely after washing. 25. What is the purpose of the line around the neck of the bottle? The line around the neck of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO bottle is the fill level line reference for water. Water should not be filled above the fill level line on the bottle. If water is filled over the fill level line, the contents may overflow when the cap is placed on the bottle or when the cap contents are discharged into the bottle. 22. Is the bottle that came with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO product recyclable? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO product comes with a reusable bottle that is made from Material Code seven plastic (7 OTHER), which is recyclable in some areas. Please check with your local municipality to confirm whether recycling is an option for you. 23. Is the bottle that came with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO product free of Bisphenol A (BPA)? Yes. The Nutrilite Phyto2GO bottle is free of Bisphenol A (BPA). 24. Can I use other water bottles with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO caps? 26. Can the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Caps be refrigerated or frozen? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Caps can be refrigerated but should not be frozen. 27. Why are the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Caps sweetened with stevia? As regulations now allow the use of natural, zero calorie sweeteners, we have begun to incorporate them into Nutrilite formulations. These types of sweeteners are used to create an optimal flavor with a minimal amount of added sugar and calories. They also create less bulk in the formulation so we can fit more nutrients into the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Caps. We do not recommend using other commercially available bottles with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO caps. The reuseable bottle has been specially designed to enhance the beverage experience with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap. This includes use of a durable, Bisphenol A-free plastic as well as specially placed graphics to ensure proper optimal viewing when the cap discharges into the bottle. Additionally, all of our product quality testing has been conducted using the special bottle that came with the Nutrilite Phyto2GO caps. There is no guarantee that the cap will function properly if used with any other bottle.

7 28. Can I drink directly from the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap is not designed to be used alone. Without dilution in water, the contents are very acidic and may cause tooth irritation as well as irritation of the lining of mouth and gastrointestinal tract. 29. Can I mix the Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap with other beverages like XS Energy Drinks? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap is designed to be consumed with 12 ounces of cold water. Sensory and quality tests have not been conducted when mixed with other beverages such as XS Energy Drinks. 32. What if I don t consume all of the contents of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO product in one sitting? All of our nutrient stability tests have been conducted with the assumption that the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap is being used in one sitting. We do not expect any significant nutrient degradation if the product is consumed within 24 hours after combining with water. After that time period, we cannot guarantee the nutrient content that is listed on the product label. 33. Can the contents of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap be mixed with hot water? We do not recommend mixing the Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap with hot water as it may degrade the natural vitamin C that is present in the formula. 30. Does mixing the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap with more than 12 ounces of water alter the nutritional value of the product? Mixing the Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap with more than 12 ounces of water will not impact the amount of calories and nutrients consumed. However, mixing with a larger amount of water will result in a lighter product color with diluted flavor and sweetness. 31. Does 45 mg of vitamin C from Nutrilite Phyto2GO twist cap provide the same efficacy as 45 mg of vitamin C from a dietary supplement tablet or capsule? Yes. The efficacy of vitamin C obtained from the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap is equal to that from the same amount of vitamin C from a dietary supplement tablet or capsule. 34. Explain the pressure mechanism of the Nutrilite Phyto2GO Immunity Drink Twist Cap. Can I use the cap if I am in the mountains or on an airplane? The Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap uses a U.S. patented design (U.S. Patent# 7,886,899 B2.) that is internally pressurized with nitrogen gas. The cap helps maintain the product ingredients until you are ready to enjoy a refreshing beverage experience. The amount of pressure is approximately 110 pounds per square inch (psi) or 758 kilopascals (kpa), which is similar to the pressure in a bicycle tire. The contents remain stable in the Nutrilite Phyto2GO cap, and once the cap has been securely placed on the reusable bottle, they can be enjoyed anywhere including in the mountains or on an airplane All rights reserved.
