3 FAQ s Q: I have a good diet, so do I still need to take a Viteyes product? A: Yes. The Viteyes 2 studies were conducted on people with a generally good diet. The amount of key ingredients is extremely difficult to obtain from diet alone. For example, 1 cup of cooked spinach provides approximately 6.7mg of vitamin E. To achieve the same dose of vitamin E as in the Viteyes 2 range, you would have to eat over 50 cups of cooked spinach every day! Q: Are there any sideeffects or contraindications with Viteyes? A: The US National Eye Institute studies, and subsequent followups, found there was no statistically significant increase in adverse side effects.
