Alkaline battery ingredients All types of batteries contain electrolysis main element allowing current to flow through the specific mixture. Electrolysis is used for other purposes too, such as overcoming the weight and mechanical weakness of lead plates. The reason why alkaline battery produces energy lies in chemical reaction between zinc (Zn) and manganese dioxide (MnO2). This type of battery is named alkaline because potassium hydroxide, the electrolyte, is a pure alkaline substance. Cathode is a mixture of carbon, manganese dioxide and conductors carrying a natural electric charge. Cathodes are the electrodes reduced by the electrochemical reaction. Cathode mix is attached to inside wall of steel container Anodes are oxidized electrodes, where chemical reactions are going on. Anode is a powered zinc metal. It carries negative electric charge and along with electrolyte is pumped into different containers Electrolyte is a potassium hydroxide solution in water. It is a medium for the movement of ions within the cell and carries the iconic current inside the battery.

Advantages of technology The chemical process at room temperature -> Low energy consumption The highest recycling efficiency -> Final products of high demand in the global market Low technological investment -> Shortest payback time Safe for humans and the environment -> No risks to humans, non-polluting Stricter regulations lead to the need to come up with new innovations and technologies to enhance recycling processes International market is emerging for energy-efficient, environmentally friendly recycling technology

TraceMix product of battery recycling Manganese g/l Zinc g/l Sulphur g/l Potassium 8-3 g/l Sulphur, process chemicals and water are only addable components Nickel mg/l Copper 20-5 mg/l Iron 20-5 g/ l offers a compound of several essential plant nutrition elements in one product. is a good choice for foliar fertilizing for all the most important cultivated plants. Consists of balanced sulphate form liquid which works efficiently and doesn t make any harm to plants leaves. offers exceptional tank mix compatibility with other fertilizers and plant protection products. Final version can also contain Borun and Selenium.

Benefits of micronutrients: Potassium Helps a plant to resist various stress conditions, such as surplus and lack of humidity, high and low temperatures, high concentration of salts. Contributes to a better maturation and stronger root s winter hardiness Increases resistance to fungal and bacterial diseases Improves crop quality Increases its keeping capacity Has highest mobility and solubility inside plant s system, it is involved in the process of formation of carbohydrates and proteins. Plays a role of accelerator of enzyme reaction and benefactor to photosynthesis, helping plant to receive non-mineral nutrients even if sun light is rare and weak.

Sulphur Has a great importance for plant s ability to produce proteins Speeds up development of vitamins Helps to form chlorophyll Improves root growth and seed cultivation.

Zinc Improves the formation of proteins Protects the cells from oxygen free radicals. Involved in the formation of carbohydrates Plays an important role in the production of growth hormone auxin Regulates consumption of sugar Essential micronutrient for human body

Manganese Works most efficiently with Zinc Essential for the functioning of green fractions Contributes to a better absorption of all other nutrients Accelerates germination and maturity of growing crop by increasing the availability of phosphorus (P) and calcium (Ca) Participates in the protein formation and helps to retain nitrogen in the plant. The apparent lack of manganese reduces the formation of lignin, the plant leaves begin to fade and root growth significantly slows down.

Current test results Test in Russia liters TraceMix with 300 liters of water Foliar fertilization Soil analysis Results: Barley yield in average was 2,64 tons per hectare and hectare treated with TraceMix reached yield of 2,86 tons

Economic profitability Production cost per liter is low and TraceMix density is 1.45 kg/l Retail price per liter 4-5 euro Product is very effective due to mix of macronutrients and micronutrients Technology is cost-effective Payback time is 3-4 years Investment is lowest in battery recycling market Capacity is from to liters per year
