10 Suture Anchors Smith & Nephew s family of suture anchors for hip repair offer an unparalleled breadth of choices in materials and sizes and with options for knotted and knotless repair devices. SUTUREFIX ULTRA XL All-Suture Anchor The small, strong, all-suture, soft anchor for hip labral repair allows you to fine tune your labral seal by adding multiple anchors for increased points of fixation. 3 Anchor deploys against the steel inserter rather than the bone itself, 4 so deployment is therefore less dependent upon bone density. Active deployment mechanism confirms anchor has been deployed with an audible and tactile click. 4,5 Provides significantly less displacement than other all-suture anchors. 4,6 SUTUREFIX CURVED XL All-Suture Anchor Compared to straight guides, the distally-curved drill guide is designed to ease access to challenging hip pathology such as the inferior glenoid, and improves drilling trajectory. 7 An orientation bump provides tactile feedback that corresponds with the direction of the curve.
