A medical director will ensure proper coordination between all specialists and diagnostic tests. Before the day of your appointment you will receive an indicating the following: Type of check-up Health center where the physical will take place Date, time, and location of the appointment How to prepare for your appointment Tests you will have Average duration 2. Check-up A personal assistant will accompany you on the day of your check-up as you make your way from service to service. 3. Results On the same day of your check-up we will give you an initial assessment of the results. You will also receive documentation detailing which tests you have had, the medical report, and a personalized assessment of the findings.

8 General check-ups General check-ups evaluate the state of health you are in and help prevent certain diseases and conditions related to the type of work you do, as well as your sex, lifestyle, and personal and family history. All of our general check-ups include: Accompaniment. An individual room to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Breakfast or a snack depending on the time of your appointment.

10 General Check-Up Medical tests Blood test and urine analysis Physical examination and assessment by an internist. Cardiology tests: Early detection of heart disease or risk of developing heart disease. Includes electrocardiograpm and exercise test. PA and lateral chest x-ray for diseases of the heart and lungs. Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound: Enables us to determine the state of various organs such as your liver, spleen, kidneys, pancreas, urinary tract, etc. Audiometry: to test your hearing. Ophthalmology consultation: to check on the health of your eyes. Spirometry: test of lung function. Transcranial Doppler ultrasound: noninvasive assessment of the carotid and vertebral arteries to analyze blood flow into the brain.

11 Complete Physical Medical tests (in addition to the tests included in the General Check-Up) Blood test: exhaustive bloodwork and study to search for tumor antigens. Consultation with an ophthalmologist: to review possible signs of glaucoma, cataracts, etc. Consultation with a urologist: complementary examination and ultrasound scan. Consultation with a gynecologist: complete examination including gynecologic ultrasound, cytology, and mammogram. Consultation with an ENT specialist: examination of the ear and upper airways, audiometry, and fiberoptic scope exploration. Echocardiogram. Coronary calcium scan: this test makes it possible to see how much calcium buildup you have in your coronary arteries.

12 Complete Check-Up Plus Medical tests (in addition to the tests included in the Complete Physical) GI study including gastroscopy and colonoscopy (while sedated): This test is used to rule out incipient tumor processes along the digestive tract, atrophic gastritis, etc. MRI examination of the central nervous system: This checks for possible vascular malformations and risk of stroke. Consultation with a dermatologist: to examine lesions of the skin. Tests for food intolerance.
