5 Patient Prices (see attached price list for details of each imaging): Breast imaging and interpretation: $199 (full breast study, 8 images) Women's or Men's Health Screening w/ Abdomen and interpretation: $399 (head, neck, abdomen, complete upper body and back) Full Body with interpretation: $549 (Women s/ Men s Health Screening PLUS arms and legs) Region of Interest (specific body part or area) $50 no interpretation or report; $150 with interpretation report. Imaging at Your Office: A typical thermography schedule consists of a visit to your office once or twice per month to image your patients/clients. A minimum of 4 appointments is required per visit. Imaging Room Requirements: Darkened room approx. 9 feet long with windows covered (we can cover them for you) No direct sunlight or indcandescent light fixtures. Fluorescent light is okay. 7 About Our Thermographers For more than 30 years, Kristin Burton has been in the natural wellness field. Raised in a family who valued whole foods, supplements and a natural lifestyle, Kristin began her professional path by majoring in Pre-Med and Medical Technology with continuing education through Clayton College of Natural Health and the Certified Natural Health Professionals of America, The Institute for the Advancement of Medical Thermology and the American Academy of Thermology to name just a few. Kristin holds many certifications in natural health and thermography and has a wealth of experience in the natural health field working with patients in clinical settings. Kristin was fortunate enough to train under Dr. Carol Chandler, DOM, who is considered the Mother of Modern Day Thermography. Kristin worked with Dr. Carol for four years at MyLife Preventive Imaging in Lakeland, Florida before founding ; she continues to partner with Dr. Chandler to this day. Kristin attained her certification in Thermography Training and is one of the few Master Trainers in the world. She is certified by the AAT (American Academy of Thermology). Kristin trains new thermographers for Dr. Carol at the Med-Hot Medical Thermography location in Lakeland, Florida. She has worked with students from around the world and travels the United States and Europe teaching thermography. Kristin s best asset is her sense of humor and ability to put a client at ease. Kristin builds warm relationships with her patients and the practitioners she works with. Recently, Kristin purchased the newest scientific camera from the most prestigious brand of infrared cameras in the world FLIR. She has been studying under Kristin and Dr. Carol for several months. She has a Master s Degree in Education and is becoming instrumental in assisting with trainings. Gina is passionate about spreading the word to women everywhere about the importance of becoming aware of possible disease processes manifesting before it s too late for that all-important concept of prevention. Gina is now imaging at various locations around the state of Florida. She is a wonderful people person and a skilled Thermographer!
