Re Writing the Future The Science of Heart Connected living. With Howard Martin We are in the process of experiencing a dimensional shift in consciousness. We are moving for a 3 rd dimensional baseline to the upper ranges of the 4 th dimension. 1

3 rd Dimensional Consciousness Third dimensional thinking is ruled by duality--good/bad, right/wrong. Everything is perceived as separate and our awareness is bound by many illusions and limits. Ambition, survival and us against them mentality prevail. Fulfillment is sought from the outside through the pursuit of stimulation Lower 4 th Dimensional Consciousness People begin to see hope for change and consider new possibilities. We know but don t necessarily act on insights with consistency. Care for others beyond family and close friends increases but is limited. Middle 4 th Dimensional Consciousness Perceives life more holistically. Develops a greater sense of selfresponsibility. Thoughts and actions are more caring and compassionate. Major changes take place; insights are often acted upon. 2

Middle 4 th Dimensional Consciousness Can create a strong illusion of being there. Righteousness and judgment can become hard to see. The desire for change can start to diminish--we prefer to hang on to the familiar. Our personal growth starts going in a circle instead of moving further up the spiral. Higher 4 th Dimensional Consciousness Consistent, clear, intuitive perceptions Far less self-centric thinking Greater understanding and experience of co-creating reality through self-responsibility Higher 4 th Dimensional Consciousness Enhanced ability to choose emotional states Known concepts take on new meaning Things get simpler, less complex 3

Higher 4 th Dimensional Consciousness Is a new experience not just a improved Middle 4 th state. Requires really letting go of the old and doing the work that s left to be done. Is accessed through the development of more heart The world is poised to be operating from this dimension of consciousness. As our spiritual heart opens more, the tendency towards ease, kindness, compassion and gratitude come naturally; we increasingly become more heartful, mindful and present. This magnetizes the wisdom and gifts from our soul nature and brings love into our connections. In what area s of you life do you see different dimensional baselines manifesting? 4

Heart Intelligence Heart intelligence is the flow of higher awareness, wisdom and intuition we experience when the mind and emotions are brought into synchronistic alignment with the heart. Doc Childre Heart Intelligence is transformational; it contains the wisdom that streams from our soul s higher information field down into our human system; it is accessed through intuition. The emergence of heart intelligence in society will represent a breakthrough in human awareness and understanding leading humanity into a new frontier of perceptual experience and transformation. 5

Heart Intelligence Unfolds: Who we truly are. Greater discernment and intuitive capacities. Deeper connections with yourself and others. Increased love, appreciation, kindness, compassion, patience, etc. Heart Based Living Heart based living includes all intentions and actions that express the qualities of the heart in daily life. Heart based living engages the intelligence and values of the heart in how we shape our lives, individually and collectively. It is a key aspect of what many people are calling the Planetary Shift an expansion of consciousness that is more connected and inclusive. Heart Brain Communication 6

Central Role of the Heart As the most powerful and consistent generator of rhythmic information patterns in the body, the heart is in continuous communication with the brain and body through multiple pathways: neurologically biochemically biophysically energetically The heart is uniquely positioned to act as the global coordinator in the body s symphony of functions and synchronize the system as a whole. Coherence An optimal state in which the heart, mind and emotions are aligned and in sync. Physiologically, the immune, hormonal and nervous systems function in a state of energetic coordination. Being energetically centered (coherent), increases mental and emotional flex and your capacity to be in charge of yourself. The Heart Brain Relationship The heart has its own complex nervous system: the heart brain. The heart sends far more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart. Heart signals especially affect the brain centers involved in strategic thinking, reaction times and selfregulation. 7

The State of Ease Moving at the Speed of Balance Slowing Down Our Inner Body Language Inner ease is not a floaty blissy or sleepy headed state. The Inner Ease Technique is simply for slowing down the vibratory rate of the mind and emotions so our heart s intuition can weigh in on decisions, choices and actions. Inner ease is like a quiet doorway into our presence and a highly beneficial common sense practice. 10

Ease Up and Find the Flow An advanced practice for finding the flow is learning how to create the flow, especially in non flowing situations. Step 1 Inner Ease Technique Acknowledge your feelings as soon as you sense that you are out of sync or engaged in common stress reactions such as frustration, impatience, anxiety, overload, anger, mental gridlock, being judgmental, etc. Step 2 Inner Ease Technique Take a short time out and do Heart Focused Breathing: Breathe a little slower than usual and pretend you are breathing through your heart or chest area. 11

Step 3 Inner Ease Technique During Heart Focused Breathing, imagine with each breath you are drawing in the feeling of Inner Ease and emotional balance. Step 4 Inner Ease Technique When the stressful feelings have calmed, affirm with a heartfelt commitment that you want to anchor and maintain the state of ease as you re engage in your projects, challenges and daily interactions. Practicing inner ease increases our conscious memory to include our heart s intelligence as we navigate through daily choices that decide the quality and direction of our life. 12

Some Obvious Times to Practice Inner Ease Discerning important issues, making decisions or engaging in creative processes. Overloaded from deadlines and time pressures too much to do and not enough time. Experiencing unexpected changes or disruptions that break up your routine or plans. Feeling frustrated, anxious or impatient with yourself, others or life situations. Prepping before upcoming events. EXERCISE 1. Acknowledge your feelings. 2. Heart Focused Breathing. 3. Draw in a feeling of inner ease. 4. Anchor and maintain. Pitch Maintenance 13

Frequency Pitch The term frequency pitch is referring to our moods, attitudes, dispositions, etc. We intuitively know when our moods, attitudes and disposition are in a lower vibrational state and off centered. This is what we call operating in a lower frequency pitch (Low vibes). Frequency Pitch When our disposition and attitudes are in a higher pitch, we experience higher quality emotions; we are more caring and kinder to others; we are more self secure and respond to stressful situations with increased resilience and inner balance. Frequency Pitch In general, we are in a higher pitch when our mind and emotions are connected with our heart s care and guidance. 14

Frequency Pitch Sometimes we operate in a higher frequency pitch, sometimes a lower. Our pitch varies throughout the day, week, etc. decided by how we manage our energy in response to interactions with others or within ourselves. Pitch Shifts At times, our radiacal behavior changes can cause us to feel that we are two different people in the same body. Our behaviors and responses can become significantly different depending on what frequency pitch we are operating in higher or lower, or bouncing in between. Lower Pitch Drops Once our pitch drops, we magnetize predictable thoughts and attitudes that vibrate in the lower range, such as judgments, etc. Our feelings and care become lackluster along with our connections with others. This can eventuate into different degrees of depression, brain fog and fading confidence. 15

Lower Pitch Drops Down slant projections are the debilitating habit of projecting the worse case scenarios of how we will come out, or won t come out, in most situations. Down slants are often subtle. They take place in the privacy of our thoughts and feelings. Pitch Maintenance It s our individual energetic responsibility to maintain our pitch. Each time you use a tool and shift your pitch, you stop stress accumulation and align with you are. How to Raise Your Pitch EXERCISE 1 Sometimes shifting to a higher vibration is just a matter of making an attitude adjustment; or clearing up a judgment with someone or self; or doing a short Heart Lock In (meditation) and shifting our mind and emotions to the state of gratitude (which quickly raises our pitch). 16

How to Raise Your Pitch EXERCISE 2 As you catch yourself in these lower frequencies, align with your heart and say, This is not who I am; it s a habit. I am on to it now and I choose to change my perception and move on. The feeling that goes with this is similar to when you make a heartfelt attitude shift which causes an increase in your vibration and outlook. How to Raise Your Pitch EXERCISE 3 Another effective way to raise the frequency pitch is to practice appreciating friends, strangers or beneficial situations that you usually take for granted. Do this from a genuine heart; this is what raises your pitch to a higher vibration. Genuine appreciation and sincerity raise our pitch because they are natural qualities of our true self. Practice this same exercise using kindness for a couple of days. How to Raise Your Pitch EXERCISE 4 1. When in a lower pitch, find a quiet space and imagine that you are going to change your frequency to a different station, like changing the station on a non appealing TV show. 2. Breathe quietly and feel your intention coming from your heart, not just your mind. If you can t sense your heart feelings, just imagine them; this helps to open your heart. It s your heart quality that empowers your intention with a higher vibration, not willpower alone. 17

How to Raise Your Pitch EXERCISE 4 3. Now imagine yourself dialing in an uplifting station (perception), one that feels like who you really are rather than a sleep walking version of who you are not. Imagine breathing life into your commitment to change frequencies. 4. When you finish the exercise, think of someone or a pet to appreciate for two or three minutes. This helps to keep the heart open and to anchor in the higher vibration. Pitch Maintenance If a technique doesn t help at first, then try later when the emotion subsides. Some situations are more complex and slower to change but you can reduce stress and depletion by changing what you can and letting the rest soak in your heart. Pitch Maintenance The door to the heart will open but sometimes we have to jiggle the handle a few times to loosen up the habit of resistance. You can abbreviate all the exercises once you get familiar with them. Practice with ease not force. 18

Building and Sustaining Resilience Resilience The capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. It s especially important for preventing stress buildup and wasted time and energy. Dimensions of Resilience Physical flexibility Endurance Strength Mental flexibility Attention span Optimistic world view Incorporating multiple points of view Physical Mental Coherence Emotional Spiritual Emotional flexibility Positive feelings Self regulation Relationships Ease instead of resistance Spiritual flexibility Commitment to core values Tolerance of others values and beliefs Intuition 19

It s becoming clear that emotions supply an energetic power train that influences our major body systems. They determine our level of engagement in life s events, what motivates us and what we care about. Basically, we all are energy systems that expend and renew energy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Depletion or Renewal Constant energy expenditures without the balance of adequate rest and recovery leads to burnout, errors, diminished performance and health challenges. 20

160 Husband and Wife Arguing Wife said something that got under his skin Heart rate remains elevated after argument ends Minutes Intelligent Energy Management Resilience, optimal performance and health are grounded in the intelligent management of our energy expenditures. Three Essential Strategies for Building and Sustaining Resilience Prep to set the tone for the day and to be more composed before upcoming stressful events. Shift and Reset to a more coherent state as soon as possible after a stress reaction to minimize energy drains. Sustain your resilience throughout the day through regular practice and by remembering to refresh your composure in between activities and events. 21

Clock Time Heart Energetics Energetic Communication Research conducted in our laboratory has confirmed that when an individual is in heart coherence, the heart radiates a more coherent electromagnetic signal into the environment that can be detected by the nervous systems of other people and animals. 22

Our thoughts and emotions affect the heart s magnetic field, which energetically affects those in our environment whether or not we are conscious of it. Emotions Produce Different Information Patterns in the Heart s Electromagnetic Field Frustration Appreciation mv ECG Frequency Spectra 23

Water nanostructures and their electromagnetic resonance can faithfully maintain DNA information. Practical Intuition 25

Types of Intuition Implicit Knowledge Energetic Sensitivity Nonlocal Intuition Sometimes if a future event is emotionally relevant, the heart produces a signal that alerts you before the event takes place. Intuitive intelligence reacts faster than the mind can perceive and bypasses standard thought processes. 26

More and more people are experiencing an intuitive nudge to get on the move to become the best that they can be. Sometimes our intuition whispers directions, other times it firmly suggests that it is time to move from stuck places and patterns. Developing heart coherence helps you be more conscious and intuitive at choice points. The Electrophysiology of Intuition Computer randomly selects picture Participant presses button Computer displays picture Screen goes blank 6 sec. blank screen 3 sec. 10 sec. blank screen Physiological data recording 27

In many cases the physiological response to the upcoming picture took place 6 seconds before the picture appeared!! Freeze Frame Technique Freeze Frame is a multi purpose technique for stopping energy drains and gaining clarity. It s especially helpful when you have to make a quick decision or when out of the box solutions are needed. Shifting your physiology into a coherent state improves your mental functions and helps you access your intuitive intelligence. Step 1: Identify Identify the problem or issue and any stressful feelings or reactions about it. Freeze Frame Technique 28

Step 2: Heart Focused Breathing Freeze Frame Technique Imagine your breath is flowing in and out of your heart area, which helps to calm your system. Take slow, casual, deep breaths. Inhale for 5 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds. Step 3: Activate Make a sincere effort to activate a positive feeling. Freeze Frame Technique Step 4: Ask Freeze Frame Technique From a more objective place, ask yourself what would be an efficient, effective attitude, action or solution. 29

Freeze Frame Technique Step 5: Observe Quietly observe any thoughts, feelings or perceptions that could add clarity to the situation and commit to acting on them. If no insights come up, that s ok. Repeat the process later or the next day. Freeze Frame Exercise Quick Steps Step 1: Identify Step 2: Heart Focused Breathing Step 3: Activate Step 4: Ask Step 5: Observe Becoming a Coherence Builder 30

GCI Model of Change Social Coherence Global Coherence Individual Coherence Every individual s energy contributes to the global field environment, and each person s thoughts, emotions and intentions affects the field. A first step in increasing the vibration of the field environment is taking self responsibility for our own energy and what we are feeding the field each day. Coherence Builders There are a lot of challenging issues that could benefit from unconditional love, but one of the most important is the cloud of mental and emotional distortion that has built up in the planetary field environment. This is from the cumulative negative emotions that have separated people from their true selves and others. 31

Coherence Builders Helping to clear the planetary field environment is one of the responsibilities of being caretakers for the planet helping to progressively dissipate the old energy accounts while replacing them with a more positive energetic environment. Our Individual and collective care and compassion is effective in helping dissipate this cloud and clear the earth s field environment. As people take responsibility for transforming this energetic density, it helps magnetize facilitation from the Universal Source to increase the effectiveness of humanity s efforts. Creating A Future World 32

Unfolding Your Higher Capacity Heart Hologramming Creating the future with your heart s intent. Heart Hologramming Steps 1. Relax into peace of inner stillness. 2. Breathe in love and gratitude and breathe out tension, discomfort, resistance or negativity. 3. Imagine your heart s intention radiating into the energetic field environment as a spiral of gold light. 4. Ask Universal Source to help support your heart s intention, only if it s the highest best for yourself and the whole. 33

Examples for Heart Hologramming: To help release the stress that people are experiencing from crises, such as wars, floods, fires, etc. For the highest best outcome for someone or something you care for. Use your own creativity and intuition to choose what to hologram.
