6 6 of 17 WinspiroPRO Six Minute Walk Test & O2 GAP O2 GAP is a valid clinical algorythm introduced at the ERS-ATS congress in Barcelona O2 GAP is an index number expressed in liters/minute. O2 GAP enables the doctor to know the exact quantity of oxygen in liter/minute to be given to the patient in order to enable her/him to perform another 6mwt without any fall of SpO2. (therefore O2 GAP is the indication for oxygen prescription in many countries)

7 7 of 17 WinspiroPRO Six Minute Walk Test & AUC/Distance AUC/Distance is an index number that enables us to compare different 6MWT performed by the same patient: AUC Distance = Is an acronym of Area Under Curve. AUC Represents the fall of SpO2 during the walk phase. Represents the distance walked by the patient in the walk phase. The triaxial accelerometer will automatically calculate this value without any need of any doctor to insert it.
