Focus on behavioral health populations, pregnant women, and low socio-economic populations who have been resistant to past efforts. Consider attending Workshops B & D! Explore sub-populations of tobacco users where non-existent and stronger, evidence-based strategies need to be developed Consider attending Workshop F!
